Worst experience of all time!

Worst experience of all time. I've been in contact with a few insurancy companies, but this is beyond any common sense. They are rude, they don't answer, it took them 2 months to answer one single question. All in all I have been waiting for 5 months now, and I had a severe accident. I was at the hospital and I got injured, I was on sick leave for 3 months, everything is well documented, but what a tragedy of a company...

Never seen anything as unserious and a completely joke of an excuse for a company. A total disgrace. They just piss on their customers.

55 years old, have dealt with absurdities and unserious companies before, but NEVER to any extent like this.

If you are a fellow Norwegian - stay clearly away. If this is your agent - take it to court immediately!

Unbelievable approach

An arrogance in handling par excellence. Broken front car window because of vandalisme. No reply for 6 weeks and after a phone call they mailed me that the car had no MOT and therefore they were not continuing the claim. The car stood and stands on private property. Video and police report is available but case closed due no MOT. Interesting detail: They accept my monthly payments without hesitation. MOT or no MOT.

Poor experience customer service Spain

I have had a very poor experience with Van Ameyde Spain regarding the handling of a car insurance claim managed for InsureMyTesla / Helvetia.

After they formally approved the repair estimate, I proceeded with the repair and paid for it myself, as requested. I then sent all the documentation they required: invoice, proof of payment, ID and bank certificate.

It has now been months since I submitted everything, and I am still waiting for the remaining reimbursement related to the vehicle vinyl repair.

Despite several emails and phone calls, I either receive no response at all or vague answers saying the case will be reviewed, with no clear explanation and no payment date.

The experience gives the impression of very poor case follow-up and extremely slow claims management.

When a company manages claims on behalf of insurance companies, clients should not have to wait months for reimbursement after a repair that was already authorized.

This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I sincerely hope they improve their internal processes.

It is the worst experience I ever had

It is the worst experience I ever had, no call, no email unswers, no help at all.

I had an accident that wasn't my fault. Anyway eventyally I am paying for my damage thanks to Van Ameyde "work", I hate you all and wish you to be closed as soon as possible.

Very unserious company

Very unserious company. During my interactions with the management, the supervisor, and the HR manager, I found their behavior to be rude, and they frequently interrupted me when I tried to express myself. Their tone often came across as aggressive, which made it challenging to have a constructive dialogue. I felt this approach negatively impacted the communication. This was the office in Sweden, Malmö.

Worst insurance company ever

It is the best company to delay any claim processing. They are only available to tell you that your claim Will be processed as soon as possible and you will be contacted but that never ever happens

DON'T if Tesla owner

It's awful, they're slow (2 weeks later the mechanic is waiting for them to call and START disassembling the car) and you have to call them to get the car (hopefully) fixed. Run away from this company!

Fraud company.

Fraud company.
These guys denied me my claim without even investigating it. Something that you usually see in movies or read about. Turn out it actually exist in Europe too.

I have never dealt with a company as…

I have never dealt with a company as bad. Incorrect information recorded, payments refused based on their own incorrect information, ignored emails and ignored complaint requests. I will be taking this organisation to the FCA over there treatment of myself

Slamming stuff on his desk

Agents speak to you like dirty and then slam something down on there and speak to you with an aggressive manner even more what a bloody joke of a company you try to make a complaint about it to manager how don’t have a clue what they are doing or what they are talking about.

worst insurance company ever.

worst insurance company ever.. first your case will start just after 90 days when you will send your injury and after 90 days it will take couple days to get answer, which you will not like it.. Im laid off from from since November 2022,
and of course my case closed.. so why you need this insurance?!?

I was injured 6th April bad service

I was injured 6th April. And my case has not been resolved. Caroline the staff advise she does not work for me however I did not injure myself on the bus. I was told 6-8 weeks. It’s now 7th August. I’m confused how this person can be rude when I was injured at the time I miscarried. No one is really understanding the time it’s taking. I’ve bern told terry left. They appointed Alison who was first in holiday. Then sick now I’m still in limbo as no one has really took time to contact me regarding my injury.

Are a gang of liars. They are a disgrace to humanity.
And they have told lies about me. I will be taking immediate legal action against the CEO of Van Ameyde Group. The CEO is. Piet Middlekoot. Other senior employees are: Albert Weatherill. But Piet Middlekoot will be the named defendant.

Van Ameyde UK are fraud!

Van Ameyde UK limited are by far the worst car claims handling agent. They lie and force you to take a settlement and ignore professional facts and documents to pay minimum amount. Do not use this company for any of your car accident management. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star! Their management team are even worse so please keep away.
