I used to have a Vanguard while living in the US. After moving to the UK, I opened an ISA account with Vanguard UK when it first landed in UK, and I'm among the first wave to sign up SIPP when Vanguard offered it.

My verdict: the best low-cost investment platform for long-term investors. Compared to competitors in UK, Vanguard is light-years ahead in terms of cost, customer service, and ease of use. The only area that Vanguard may fall behind is the number of products offered - not a surpise given Vanugard only offers its own funds and ETFs. I think this is actually an advantage rather than disadvantage. Vanguard products are known to be the industry-leading low-cost investment options for long-term investors. Why shopping around for costlier alternatives when all you need is a basket of Vanguard funds and ETFs?

Delivered a lot faster than originally advised. phoned up to ask for advice prior to purchase, answered all my questions pleasantly. Happy customer. Will use again.

One day delivery actually took almost a week. Packaging was damaged in arrival and one of the clips were damaged. Emailed the seller and they told us to take photos and they would pass on to vanguard. Couldn't wait that long as we were losing work due to having no roof rack for over a week already, so rectified the problem ourselves. When we complained about the delay on delivery, Vanarack said delivery had been attempted twice and we should make sure someone is home to accept it ! We were home ! We can't work without a roof rack! What's more, we were in the garden all day so would definitely have known if someone tried to deliver to us. Not impressed with the service very much at all.

We found this roof rack online and then noticed an excellent promotion, we were sure it would be a cheaper version but to our pleasant surprise it was very nicely packaged with clear instructions and was exactly as described.
Excellent value for money and this is now the second rack we have used form Vanguard.
