Dire delivery
Ordered on a next day delivery, with a provision that it may be late due to covid restrictions, even though the restrictions were lifted and deliveries from elsewhere have all been fine and normal.
Finally turned up four days later at six in the evening, with no tracking details even though I had been advised there would be upon purchase. This caused me to miss a vital schedule, which I could have achieved had I ordered elsewhere and received the next day delivery.

Leaving a 2 star review based off of information you were given up front is poor behavior. Showing a complete lack of human understanding for the hard work couriers have to do every day.
Your item shipped direct from factory, in fact anywhere you purchase this product online would have been shipped with same courier so your experience with delivery would be the same.
Sorry you missed a schedule but where couriers are involved maybe leave a bigger margin for issues that can and do occur.

Good quality roof rack
Good quality roof rack, very easy to fit and looks good on my Defender 110. Excellent service and quick delivery, would of been handy to of been able to choose lashing eyes with the rack rather than load stops other than that I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from again.
