Poor delivery
Although I paid for next day delivery, it took a total of 3 days to arrive and FedEx app not helpful at all.

Hi Enrico, I’m really sorry again about the trouble with your recent delivery. As we explained over email, we refunded your shipping costs as soon as we knew about the first delay, and then unfortunately FedEx caused another hold-up which was completely outside of our control.

Tasty vanilla paste
Lovely product - like the taste and appearance (vanilla paste 500ml), speedy delivery, would prefer the bottle to have some sort of a spout/smaller opening to help pouring smaller amount of the product. Will purchase again. It is local to me, so another bonus. Best regards

I ordered a litre of vanilla paste which was unfortunately delivered into my wheelie bin by the postman.. To make it worse, he neglected to put a leaflet through the door to let me know of this.
By doing so, he effectively binned the package, as it was taken with the rest of the garbage during the weekly collection.
Graham from Vanillaetc was really kind and helpful. He investigated the matter and found the proof of delivery photo, showing the inside of my bin.. Then he promptly arranged a replacement for me, which arrived the next day by Fedex.
I am really impressed with the service and the speed with which they resolved the issue. I just hope that the post office will admit to their responsibility for the loss and provide compensation to Vanillaetc, as it was clearly foolish of the postman to do what he did.
