Poor quality item, no customer service.Bought my Son a school bag for the new school year the bag lasted less than 2 weeks use before the zip bust. Emailed customer service team still haven't heard anything back. He's back to using a bag he had last year for school from a different company which is still going strong after a full year use, no signs of wear and was cheaper than the bag purchased from Vanilla Underground.

Order arrived quickly however when I needed to return one of the items I had difficulty finding correct address for returns (address on delivery note was different to address fir Vanilla Underground on Evri)
Emailed customer services for advice and didn't receive a reply.
Called Vanilla Underground and their representative asked me to email their supply chain.... this email bounced back saying I wasn't allowed to post in that group.
I then called Vanilla Underground but the representative I spoke to doesn't know their returns address!
I'm awaiting a call back from one of his colleagues.....
Shame as pyjamas are really nice but their customer service is pathetic.

Customer services have now emailed me with return address information - hopefully refund will now be managed efficiently

Ordered vanilla underground item via matalan the Marshall paw patrol onesie smelled strongly of glue and the dye had ran from the red to the white.

I really want to order a few hooded blankets, BUT nowhere on the website shows the sizes? Yes I get they might be "one size" but when you have a review saying their teenager loves it, and you're looking to buy for a guy who is built like a house, I can't risk it..... the website states "if any sizes are missing please email us" but man, that is putting unnecessary barriers to online purchasing.
Even their products on other sites like Next are missing size guides.

The shipping was extremely fast; I received my order the next day. And I'm super happy with the product! It looks great and is very comfortable. My only gripe is that I would've loved the pants to have pockets (not necessary on pjs, I know, but I find them very useful!)

Good product, good fast service

I was so excited to receive my dumbo slippers. I tried them on and they felt fab, nice and cushioned. After a day of wearing the sole is flat and I may aswell be barefoot 😔 very disappointing

Excellent service great price and quick delivery.

The product I purchased was good quality and advertised at a competitive price but they advertise 24hr / next working days delivery although my purchase took over a week to arrive.
Evri was blamed for the late delivery but if your delivery company is causing yous problems then there are plenty more delivery options / companies to choose from.
