Brought my son some of the Minecraft and Sonic products they were very good quality, he found them comfortable and loved the designs.
The delivery was quick aswell. Would definitely use vanilla underground again.

Amazing items on their website - really helped me when I panicked what to get my 9 year old! Items arrived the next day very very impressive for first time order! Will 100% use again!!

Website was great for ordering, found what I was looking for but returned them as my grandson had some of them already. Will order again but bigger sizes. Paying for returns is a problem though.

I placed an order it took 3 weeks now and didn’t arrive I contacted the delivery company they said i have to contact the brand.

I sent mails and reminders to the brand and that was the answer after 3 weeks

I bought a pair of kids clogs and paid €5.95 delivery costs. They proved not a regular size 32 but smaller. Vanilla states it is 22 cm when measured. I measured too, send them a picture for prove and it is 21cm !! They simply say, their measurement is correct Easy way out no...?

When you enter the return department it pretends to give you a return ticket but once you have started the return it actually does not. It only provides a ticket with an adress.
So at the post office I found out I have to pay (again)
We have been emailing too and fro since the smaller size is their mistake. But they refuse to give a return label.
The new shoes i ordered are also un irregular size and in this case too large.
No customer service !! When you have paid for delivery they should pay for the return. You may be a small company but maybe your customers are too !

Looked good . Sizing way off : the 10-11 age pyjamas fitted the 7 year old perfectly.
I wouldn’t order again from this company.

Super fast next day delivery (without paying extra) however the product quality isn’t fantastic. The pyjama trousers are already losing its colour and have bobbles after a few washes. They also stained the inside of my son’s sleeping bag blue so quality isn’t the best unfortunately. Hence only 3 stars.

Was looking for ‘lounge wear’ aka pajamas for my hubby’s birthday. Just couldn’t find anything of interest from the usual John Lewis/Sainsburys etc and happened across Vanilla Underground. I’m so glad I did! Ordered the Wallace and Gromit pj’s, they are fab! Delivery was so fast, the pj’s are really good, size is accurate, quality great. I’m very impressed!

Ordered a Hoodie to Canada and it arrived on-time with issues from a local carrier (with no fault to Vanilla Underground).
