I really can't fault the customer service, delivery period and the products. I ordered the highlighters and I received them in the post within the week. This was close to Eid as well so considering the festive month is a busy period anyways when receiving products online, I received mine fairly quick. The highlighters are truly longlasting and pigmented! Perfect for Asian skin. Vanityfemme highlighters are underrated compared to all the other mainstream highlighters in the market . She doesn't receive the recognition she deserves on those products. Truly amazing brand and products!

I’ve ordered from the website 3x now. Each time the service has been on point, the quality of the product is amazing. I wore the Diva lashes to my Nikkah and got so many compliments on them and the quality.

I purchased Vanity Femme lashes when she 1st launched, I really wanted to support small beauty brands and especial one that's starting out.
I purchased the camera shy lashes and I re used them a lot of times they are good quality and last, so I would recommend these lashes.

Absolutely lovely experience.. excellent quality fluffy lashes.. long lasting and I got so many uses out of them and didn’t get the slightest bit tacky.. better then most high end lash companies

I ordered crushed pearls and diamond dusk and was really impressed as I’ve never tried a powder highlighter before mariyah didn’t disappoint! The delivery was quick and the packaging was super cute I loved it!

I’ve ordered from Vanity in two different occasions and was impressed by the service both times round. When I received my items they were everything I expected. The packaging and posting was on point as well as the products I ordered!

VanityFemme is so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. She lacks manners, business ethics and professionalism. Customer service is non-existing. I have been through so much s**t to get my money back. Be aware!! Once she has your money you’ll never be able to get them back. I ordered 6 pair of lashes and 3 different glow dust. Each product was £20. Four months have passed and sadly I didn’t receive them. I spent £180 of my hard-earned money on her business because I was a loyal fan of hers and wanted to support her lash company and this is what I get? Really, she has no shame in scamming customers and stealing their money. She doesn’t care if you get your ordered products or not! She’s so rude and nasty when replying back on my e-mails. No one has ever spoken to me in such a rude and ugly way. She makes you feel like a worthless human being. She’s a thief and con artist.

She doesn’t have a team. She runs her dissolved company ALONE. There has never been a team. This was just an excuse to put the blame on others when confronted on Instagram. She purposely ignores your e-mails because she has no intentions to solve your problems or send you any products. I am disgusted by this worthless human being. I wish her the worst of the worst. I put my trust in God. May karma hit her where it hurts the most! Ameen.

Vanityfemme is a the biggest scam and fraud! In addition to this she is also an online abuser and bully. I strongly advise everyone to please avoid purchasing anything from her.

My friends and I ordered lashes from her site when she was supposedly doing a giveaway and they never arrived. Also, the giveaway winner was never announced. It was just a way for her to scam people into buying her products.

I emailed multiple times regarding my order and never got a response. I then emailed asking for a refund and again no response or refund issued. After this I commented on her instagram page asking about my order and she conveniently deleted my comment. Shockingly she went on to send me abuse on dm and later blocked me. I know others on the same boat. It's absolutely shocking and disgusting!

Reading through her reality on the gurugossiper website I know understand I made a big mistake ordering the cheap china products from a scam artist and wasting my money. Apparently her business has dissolved, she is trading illegally and despite this she is trying to scam people into buying her products. Unfortunately I was new to her instagram page when I ordered the lashes. I've made the mistake once but never again! Seriously guys be careful and don't waste your money like I did.

Ordered 3 months ago. Received an email that it has been dispatched and then after that no other update. So unprofessional, I have emailed and insta direct messaged multiple times and no one has had the decency to reply. I’m so disappointed because I have been following her for a very long time but this is just unacceptable and highly unprofessional!

My order was delayed due to stock issues however the team at Vanityfemme were so great at keeping me up to date with the status of my order. My order arrived today and i was sent £50 worth of complimentary gifts which is amazing! It was nice of the team to go above and beyond to make up for the stock issues and delays. Very happy with the service!

I have always been a big fan of VanityFemme products in the past and their customer service (via Catherine) is excellent, always have amazing promotions up and VF glow dusts are always my go to!

Ordered eye lashes 3 WEEKS AGO! And still haven’t received them i emailed her numerous times and ofcourse did NOT receive a reply .. bloody RUBBISH service took MY money out their and then but hasn’t thought to send the eye lashes NO ONE ORDER FROM HER SHE IS A BULL SHITTER she didn’t even send me a order confirmation !!

Ordered once then never again, sent me 2 different eyelashes in the same box. Contacted them and they said send pictures I did but they never got back to me not worth the hype . They went to the bin straight away and no refunded given. I don’t even like her. She acts like she’s something but she ain’t 😂
