I have never experienced such rude customer service before to a point where it actually upset me that I was being spoken to this way. I attended her makeup seminar last September and was promised a "goody bag" and a "certificate for attending". This looked amazing to me and I excitedly contacted her through email asking her for the price and for her to book me a seat as places were 'limited and likely to go quick." I received a quick email giving me a nice introduction, a price and of course payment details. After I had paid I received no replies to my emails. A week before the seminar was due to begin I received a reply. When I went to the seminar and met some of the other students(customers) they also spoke of how they didn't receive replies to their emails. Mariyah turned up an hour late to the seminar and left all her makeup at home and so had to use her sisters makeup to do on the model. Then told us she she left our lashes which were part of the goody bag home as well as the certificates. She told us she would send them out within a week. I contacted her numerous times through email and received no reply. Then 6 months later she replied with a list of excuses to why she didn't supply them. I then contacted her today( it's been a year and 1 month since the seminar) to ask her when I'd receive what I paid for. She replied with a rude email saying I didn't pay for the lashes and they were a gift and the certificates were sent out. Absolute joke. I wasn't the only person treated like this. My friend also attended and she was treated the same way. She also went because of the makeup vanityfemme was supposed to give out. I can't believe such big role models can go around scamming people like this. Disgusting.

Never buying anything from her again
Never replies to her email even tho I asked for my order to be cancelled an hour after placing order she never replied
Few days later I asked if I could get the tracking for the order she never replied
Never again
