1. No feedback/reviews facility on their website.
2. Their returns policy is very unreasonable:
a. You have 3 days to report to them that there is an issue. My 3 batteries didn't all die until day 15!
b. YOU have to pay for the returns of their faulty goods (or bads as I would more accurately call it).
c. Look at ALL the bad feedback from everybody else.
Can't believe I've been conned! I was too much of a sucker for a bargain! Ah well I'm off to buy some genuine Makita batteries!

Bot two rechargeable batts from them on eBay and the first lasted a whole two months. Once I contacted eBay, I was told that the return/replacement request was outside the 21 day period, and that I needed to contact the supplier, which I then did. They refused to even replace the dead batt bc I bought it from eBay and not from them. Really ??
The advertise that their batts are "American sourced" which, as it turns out, means they were made in China, but shipped from an US warehouse. Scam city, right?
The guys are scammers so BUYER BEWARE! If you are tricked into buying this cheap junk from China you're pretty much screwed.

Bought a pair from Amazon 07-19. One failed at 4 months and the other at 9 months. I would say a waste of time and money. Will see how their warranty works just for the hell of it!

3 day warranty should have tipped me off this is a scam company. Even still they sent the wrong product. 18v instead of 19.2v and the milwaukee fuel battery was DOA and would not charge right out of the feeble bubble wrap they sent it in. cost me 25$ in shipping and refund expenses. Do not do business with these thieves.

I should have read the information on this web site before purchasing a Vanon 757-01 Battery for Dremel 7700-01 7700-02 MultiPro Cordless tool 7.2V 1500mAh. I purchased it on eBay last year. I used the battery on my Dremel tools for the purpose of sanding down my dog's nails. I used my Dremel no more than 30 times, and the battery no longer charges.

When I contacted Vanon about the problem, they told me that, since I did not buy the product directly from them, they would not exchange or refund my purchase. I definitely would not recommend their products to anybody.

Bought some 18v NiMh batteries from Eplus Batteries this march for a De walt drill. I did know that Vanon batteries were rubbish but didn't realise Eplus and Vanon were the same. The batteries were sold and labelled as 3.6AH, the old DeWalt batteries were 2.6Ah but over 5 years old and getting very tired.
The Eplus/Vanon batteries arrived. I charged them and tried them in the drill. It went round but that was about it - it had nowhere near enough power to put in larger screws. When compared with the two real OLD DeWalt batteries the new Vanon ones were not as good as the OLD worn out DeWalt batteries . I did a separate capacity check on the Vanon batteries and they came out as 1.2AH - a third of what they were sold as. Tried to return them and was met with excuse after excuse. In the end I have returned them but have lost out on return carriage. The issue has now been handed to the Trading Standards

Bought 4 Vanon 4 amp lithium batteries for my Ryobi equipment that gets used every day. Two of them died in the first few weeks and the other 2 died within 2 months. I still have a dozen good working OEM Ryobi batteries that are at least 2 years old. From now on I'll buy quality, not cheap junk.

How the fark can this dodgy company keep selling this to us people in Australia... Why are the trades commition letting this scumbag company sell this fake defected item to us hard working young n old Aussies so can someone please explain.

Ordered a 2 pack of Black and Decker 18 volt batteries and received in a timely manner. All the reviews I have read are very low and I need to give some redemption to Vanonbatteries. I have used them twice a day for a week to power my blower. One works perfectly well, which I would give 5 stars. The other one sometimes seems to over heat after a few minutes, but cools down very quickly and ends up doing a good job. I will give Vanon batteries another try if these two batteries last a reasonable amount of time.

Bought 4 dewalt 18v replacement batteries, they are useless wont hold a charge for more than a minute, barely power the tools. To get a refund I have to pay for return shipping (expensive) and pay a restock fee. Don't waste your time and money with these, they do not meet OEM specs like Vanon claims

Bought a 5.oah replacement battery for my drill because it was less than half the cost a a Ryobi battery. What a waste of money, put it on charge and it showed fully charged on the charger despite having no charge. After a couple of hours one light came on on the battery charge indicator. Left it for a further 12 hours no different. Don't waste your money on these.

Bought 4 makita18 volt 5 amp never held charge from day I they are crap what a waste of money and a total RIP off

The 18 V Makita compatible 2 Ah batteries I received don't charge well. One never charged.
For a warranty claim I was asked to send a video of the battery not charging. That's ridiculous. I'm done with Vanon.

Lousy customer sevice. No response by mail. No phone number. Never try again. They are still holding money and will not refund. Sick company.

I bought two 4 Ah batteries for my Milwaukee M18 power tools. They worked on the tools until the charge ran out, but won't charge on either of my M18 chargers. They want me to send them a video of the battery "not charging" so they can decide how to proceed. There is no phone number to call. The replies to my emails come in the middle of the night (daytime in China), so at the very best, only one email exchange per day. The batteries shipped from a location in Plainfield, IL. I asked for a return and refund. We will see how that goes. If it goes well, they get one more star.

4-24-2020 update: I gave up trying to return the batteries through Vanon. It was going nowhere. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charge and credited my account immediately. Vanon had 14 days to dispute the chargeback, but they must not have. A couple of weeks later I got an email asking me to ship the batteries back to them. This and a refund is all I ever wanted in the first place. They don't get that second star because they wouldn't do this on their own. The credit card company had to take the money back. If you paid by credit card, give your CC company a call and get your money back.

Ordered 2 batteries for my Milwaukee saw. One battery will charge okay but neither battery will work in the saw. They work in the flashlight and drill, but don't have the power to drive the saw. Emailed the company for a refund and return. They asked me to send them a video to verify that the problem is real! REALLY? Why would I want to send back the batteries I ordered, that I need, if they worked?

Save yourself some headaches and buy elsewhere.

Purchased 2 vanon 18V 6AH Ryobi compatible batteries via ebay. Both batteries charged up correctly using a Ryobi charger. Batteries then discharged by using an Ryobi 18V soldering iron as the load.
The batteries were taken down to the same state of charge as when they were delivered, ie two leds on when test button pressed. I then attempted to recharge both batteries using the same charger as the batteries were charged with upon delivery. Neither battery would charge, the charger would switch to the initial battery test condition then a few seconds later would switch to report the battery as fully charged. This of course is nonsense, so have not been able to recharge either battery after the first initial charge.
Supplier has just sent me two identical replacements which I assume are identical and will follow the same path. One definition of Stupidity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I am at this moment carrying out the same routine on the replacement batteries, so we will have to wait for the results. Testing of the replacement batteries now complete. I now have 4 batteries that won’t recharge I refer you to the definition of stupidity above.
29/01/2020 Correction to my last statement I have one battery out of four that appears to have recharged. So it would appear that this company can produce a random positive result.

Recharged twice then kaput!
Buy genuine ONLY
And probably a fire risk

Purchased a 4.0Ah for my Ryobi tools via Ebay in Australia in December 2018. From the beginning poor performance and now will not charge or hold a charge. Purchased with 3 year warranty, but local dealer (Australia) thus far after many many emails to them will not respond to my requests for refund or replacement.
Manufacturer, Vanon likewise do not want to know anything about it.
