NEVER, I mean NEVER do business with this company. Battery i ordered doesnt fit my Black and Decker even though they claimed it would. Refunds are only if defective PLUS need to send back to CHINA. Rip off. Money down the shitter

Got two dewalt batteries today dead won’t take a charge bought them on Amazon. Waste of money
Will just go to dealers and buy them over the counter

Bought from ebay. Worked for a few months I thought I was lucky but then wouldn't charge properly. Kept giving me flashing red and green on the makita DC18RC charger. I carnt be bothered to fight for a refund. Its better not to buy these VANON batteries.

I had bought 6 Dewalt batteries from this company, and none of them work after a short time, they are dead or not being able to charge. When I had time to deal with it, it had past 30 days refund period. I just wasted my money on them. If you don't want to waste your money, don't buy anything from this company, it is not worth it. I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

Awful batteries. Purchased 2 18 volt Ryobi one batteries from EBay, one packed up immediately and was replaced. I now have 3 batteries I have used once and none of them work, they wont charged. Don’t buy the Vanon chargers either, they are equally as bad. I have purchased 2 and neither work

Started out great and charged a few time OK, now wont charge at all, thought it was the charger so ordered a new one....won't charge in that either.

I purchased two replacement batteries for my 18v Bosch drill. These were "supposed" to be the identical batteries but just not name branded. On opening the shipping boxes I immediately noticed that these batteries were smaller and much lighter in weight than the originals. I weighed the batteries and they are more than 30% lighter. I contacted Vanon (via email,the ONLY way you can) and was instructed to fully charge then test the batteries.I did this and as expected the batteries do NOT hold up to loads and deplete very rapidly. Basically 30 % Less storage capacity, 30 % less run time. I so informed Vanon who said that they would "accept" the return, original box ONLY, But I would have to PAY for shipping. So Vanon sells me an significantly inferior/defective product, makes me prove that it is Inferior/defective and I have to pay to return their defective/inferior product.

I got a Amazon deal of two for 72 dollars. One stop chargind after two days, call Vanon they send another one,great, now after a month none of this batteries charge, well, now I have tree (bricks) batteries, contact Vanon again and still waiting

Ordered two 18 volt XC 6.0 batteries for my Milwaukee tools. One charged, one did not. Instead of being able to return for a refund, I had to Email of video faulty charging.They sent 2 replacements. Neither charged properly. I was told to wiggle them in.No help.Video‘d again. They again sent 1 replacement. Nope, did not charge. I give up- I’m out $40. I don’t need the frustration. DO NOT BUY THESE PIECES OF CRAP.

Bought two batteries for 18 volt dewalt. Both batteries were bad from the get go. I emailed them to let them know. They said, "Thank you for your feedback. Could you take a video about their charging status to help us verify this situation?
We need that for our After-Sale record.
Then we could send you the replacement or issue a refund."
When did video evidence become a requirement for a refund. I told them to send me replacements and I'd send these back and they can test them themselves.
One battery shows a temperature issue and wont take a charge. The other says replace battery. They are sending out bad batteries knowingly.....

I Purchased to Milwaukee batteries and health field in less than a year and no action was taken by Vannon
I asked for match customer info do nothing for CS
I have had 4 email communications Nothing done

I purchased a pack of 4 makita 5ah batteries for my power tools. I have owned them less than 3 months and already two have stopped charging completely and just get extremely hot. the other two do charge but very slowly and lose their charge very quickly. They are useless. I complained and was told i could have half the money back and keep the useless batteries. I bit bizarre i thought. However in order to get this I have been asked to send them a video showing the charging problem. How on earth the expect me to show this in a video i have no idea. After numerous emails i am not getting anyway so have decided to report this and hand the batteries over to trading standards as i am not happy with the product or the service EPLUS have provided.

Just bought two Vanon batteries to fit my 18volt Makita kit. One failed after 30 seconds of use. I know they’re cheap, but surely they should last a little longer than that! Judging from some of the reviews I may have difficulty getting customer satisfaction. Anyway, we’ll see.

I was very disappointed by the lifespan of this battery. My genuine much older Milwaukee batteries are still going strong. I have hardly used this Vanon battery and now it isn’t recognised by my Milwaukee charger. I’ll take it apart when I get the chance, but not impressed and will never use them again.

I got 4 batteries and none of the charge with my milwaukee fast charger. They are blaming my charges and saying they dont work with the fast charger.

Don't Buy

You have 30 days to return it if it goes bad and there will be hoops you must jump through like TAKE A VIDEO TO PROVE THE BATTERY IS DEFECTIVE. What? Also lose partial payment and shipping is on you. I paid 79 bucks for a 240W Li-ion 40V 6000mAH BATTERY for my mower 3/2020. Its dead now 7/2020! Read their warranty, it's worse than a China guarantee.

Junk product, zero customer service, no contacts

VANON SENT WRONG BATTERIES TRYING TO SAY ITS MY FAULT.MAKE ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET REFUND.HOPING i'LL JUST GO AWAY.

Bought a 5.0Ah unit for Ryobi. Dead on arrival, would not charge, error message. Also it was oversized and difficult to fit in and out of charger

Vendor did not want unit back but procesed refund. Took unit apart and found terrible soldering on battery control board. Of the ten 18650 cells two were wholly dead.

Remaining eight cells seemed OK in terms of voltage so put them into a 4 cell charger/power bank unit to test.

After a few cycles, 4x of these fully charged 18650 cells could charge a Samsung mobile phone twice before cutting out.

I have a two cell power bank (with genuine Samsung 18650 cells) that can charge the same phone three times!

Utter dross containing poor quality, low capacity cells. unfit for purpose

Vanon batteries fail without reason (they save 5 cents by placing a much cheaper internal circuit board in their products which cause millions of pre-mature failures)
Literally these are junk - worse, Vanon never stands behind their products, they always attempt to blame the customer or ask for unreasonable requests like a full motion video of the battery in the charger. EVEN IF YOU MEET THIS BURDEN THEY WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND. THEY GIVE A BAD NAME TO THE ENTIRE BATTERY REPLACEMENT INDUSTRY. THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY. AVOID!!!!
