I've always reckoned you get the measure of a company when things don't go smoothly. Recently placed an order which arrived very promptly as usual, but wasn't what I'd wanted. Checked the order and the fault was mine, not theirs. I stuffed up the order finger fumbling and in too much of a hurry.
Contacted customer services and they were absolutely understanding and explained how to return the incorrect product and sort it out. All done as rapidly as humanly possible and very pleasant to deal with as well. They should also get an extra star for NOT using the appalling Evri for their deliveries. Highly recommended.

We have been having problems with the Innokin cool fire pulse vape. We have replaced 2 under warranty and one of the replacements has developed the same problem. Vapemate and Zoe in particular have been extremely helpful in resolving this problem.

I called and spoke with Zoe who was very helpful. Vapemate have supported me with a purchase I made 5months ago online and have agreed to help resolve my potentially faulty device. Communication after the call was through email and has been clear and concise.

I placed just a small order after reading some negative reviews but I have had no issues whatsoever. Ordered on Monday 7th July and items were delivered today, Wednesday 9th July and that was using their standard free 3-5 days delivery and my order was here In 2.
Absolutely no complaints at all. I will be placing another order today.

At time of writing, I've been waiting 10 days for my order to be dispatched. I was sent an email a couple of days after I made the order saying they were out of stock of some of the items and was given a partial refund. Since then I've heard absolutely nothing, and it isn't good enough.

I hadn't heard of vapemate until I searched for a mod I wanted to buy & saw they had it cheaper than elsewhere. I didn't know what to expect from the company but the service was excellent. I ordered on Saturday and delivery was on Monday. The product is as advertised and works as it should. Overall I'm very satisfied and will be ordering from vapemate again in future.

Absolutely rubbish customer service and did not get back to mine or my dads emails after he spent 6.99 on next day delivery before 3pm and still has not gotten his order

absolutely shocking customer service paid for nxt day delivery and woman on phone was about much use a a chocolate tea pot left several emails with support and customer service but no reply will be phoning again tomorrow for a full refund

I have been a customer with Vapemate for some time now and have always been impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and the quality of their products. I recently had an issue with an E liquid order, and was greatly impressed with how promptly and helpfully it was dealt with. They went above and beyond my expectations! I have been a customer for the past 2yrd plus with customer service has been very high in satisfaction plus with a new website platform which is so customer oriented on so many levels where one can use the bonus points for a order simplicity in one word
I've been using vapemate to purchase my ecig juices for over 5 years now and I have always been happy with everything. Delivery is excellent and usually comes next day. I can't fault them in any way, always a great service. Have spoke to customer service twice in the last few years and they have always been very friendly and helpful.

I've been using Vapemate for about 4-5 years now, and have never been let down. If ever things don't go to plan, customer service has always resolved the issue swiftly. On my most recent order, one of the e-liquids was out of stock, and Stacey from customer service sent me 2 bottles of the requested replacement flavour instead of 1, which was very welcome and much appreciated.

Shocking customer service. Bought a vape pen and within an hour of use the coil went bang. Tried returning the item and all I had was quibbling and arguing from them. They never replaced it and PayPal, who I paid through, didn't want to know so never got my money back. Avoid this company like the plague.

Have shopped with this company for years and had excellent and swift service. Had a small issue recently with a particular product but Stacey resolved it and I will continue to buy my products from Vapemate. Communication is key, and if you let them know, they will respond and resolve.

This is an absolutely awful company to deal with. They have been selling out of date products and refuse to issue a refund. I have purchased full price products and been sent items which were all out of date. Vapemate replaced them with more out of date products. Their customer service is appalling as it takes them a week to reply to a message. Stay well clear of this company as they are experts at charging full price and fulfilling orders with out of date products.

Website shows stock then they don't email to tell you it's out of stock! And then tell you you've been refunded that can take 3-5 working days!!
Maybe time to just try elsewhere!
