Thanks for your feedback Brad, we would need a little bit more clarification on what you mean by "bad". If you did not enjoy the flavour of your liquid, I am sorry to hear that, we have a tester bar at each of our locations to ensure customer enjoy a flavour before purchasing anything, and all sales are final as per our return policy. If there was a problem with the liquid itself, we have the most robust state of the art production facility in Canada and retain batch records of all of our products for a minimum of three years. In the rare instance a customer does report a problem with our e-liquid we will bring it back to the lab and compare it our samples, testing every metric to ensure it is perfect. We have no record of you reporting anything like this to us.

I had a horrible experience and when…

I had a horrible experience and when one of the owners/ the owner contacted me he tried to get me to remove my rating... Don’t have a rating system if ur going to badger ppl to remove their ratings! :) Needless to say I don’t purchase my vape goods here anymore and have converted many of my friend to dragon vape where the staff is always friendly and helpful

Awesome Place!!

Awesome place to just hang out. Great selection of juices. And the staff are really helpful and honest when you are unsure of what you may need. If you have any problems just ask them for help.
