Very indifferent service

Very indifferent service, bordering on rude. Very frequent out of stock and prices that barely competitive. With so many other choices providing OUTSTANDING service, I have no use at all for VapeMeet,

Thank you for your feedback, though this review is very surprising. We have some of the best customer service in the industry, supported by the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. We try our best to maintain stock levels, and if you could let us know what items you frequently find out of stock we would be happy to look into it for you. As for the pricing, we want to remind you, and everyone else that we price match everything in our shop. You literally cannot find a better price than us, but if you ever do, we'll beat it anyways.

These guys are a joke bought a unit…

These guys are a joke bought a unit went to Cuba came back unit was defective and they wouldn’t give me a warranty return. I will never buy from that shop again.. vape invaders it the best shop around

Horrible communication

I had a “check atomizer” notification on the display screen of my drag 2, so I went in to get it checked out as I searched online and it said to change the coil and or clean the atomizer etc, I did so and nothing had changed, so I went in to the store, told the guy, and he swapped the tank to make sure it wasn’t the mod itself, as he continued to check it out and fiddle with it he handed it to me and said nothing at all as it was all disassembled with just the coil on, as I didn’t know the mod was on itself I mistakenly and unknowingly pressed the button and a flame popped out and burnt the existing coil, he said “well you just burnt the coil” and in shock I asked why he didn’t say anything and if I could get a new coil and he said you’ll just have to change it as the one on it atm is burnt to a crisp, horrible communication skills and very much so seemed to belittle me as if I should’ve known that would happen, along with the other worker there looking at me and laughing again as if I should’ve known that was gonna happen. Honestly quite disappointed as many other vape shops have just simply given me new coil taken out of a new pack, as being a company selling those items aren’t out anything at all, but as the consumer I’m out a coil and potentially could’ve been hurt as the coil literally had a flame fly out. Would not recommend this specific vape store to friends and family as this experience has infuriated me and if I would I would simply give this 0 stars out of 5! The employees seemed to think it was funny and didn’t offer to help out at all! Again still in shock as I’ve been coming here for a while and bought my first Alien vape here and for this reason won’t be back sadly to say! Thanks

We take customer concerns very seriously at VapeMeet and want to assure you that had we been aware of this issue, and if it occurred exactly as you have described, this employee would have been terminated on the spot. Safety is our #1 priority, and next to that, customer education. At no time should one of our customers ever feel mocked or belittled. If you could please provide us with more information (such as where and when this occurred, the employee's name, etc.) we will look into this matter and act accordingly.
