Best Vape Shop - Store & Online

Great product selection, competitively priced, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The website is great too, has everything you need. Customer service could be a notch better, and turn around time to make a purchase needs to be decreased. Still my favourite vape shop!

Best brand

I live in st catharines so I do all my ordering online and I once had a purchase issue but CS helped fix the issue with minutes! Amazing! I've also been to the store once and everyone is very knowledgeable toward their products and safety!

Helpful knowledgeable staff

People are always helpful And knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is not because of the staff.

I had a suorin Air that died. I came and bought a replacement, the replacement was dead out of the box, would not charge. Went back in, there were no more. Got the display model, which has an issue with the USB port. It won’t charge unless you press it down at a certain angle. So I came in at 32 days with a burnt one, no warranty service available, bought a new one which was dead, and could only get a demo which is semi broken

Vapemeet

Vapemeet; An excellent company to do business with, the customer service is outstanding, the product selection is fantastic. In my experience the company website is a bit tricky to navigate especially when it comes to the reward points. I order my favourite juice from Vapemeet on a regular basis and there have been a couple of occasions when there has been considerable leakage due to the lids not being properly secured before shipping. I would rate 5 stars if it were not for these last two points.

Sent a used battery instead of new.

Ordered some new batteries and one was very obviously used. Tried to contact them via email but was ignored. Wouldn't trust this business again.

All they wanted was the biggest sale…

All they wanted was the biggest sale possible. I got sold the most garbage vape possible. Costed me over 100$ and guess what. I'm still smoking cigarettes because this vape is junk. In the arm rest of my car is where it's been for months. Coils go gross in 2 days. It's just garbage. I will not shop there again. If i could get my money back i so would. But i cant. The vape I wanted they said was no good. So why sell it.? Not impressed

The Best Vape Shop

I've been to dozens of vape shops in different cities. Vapemeet always had what I need and most importantly always has great customer service. It's my go to shop whenever I'm out and looking for supplies. Good pricing and daily deals too.
