On the 11th of March I placed an order (order #VWMCR3046) and got a confirmation, today I get a message that my order has been canceled at my request. Needless to say I made no such request and was waiting for my vapes.
Terrible customer service and I won't bother with them again, I thought by now the item would be delivered but this "business" apparently can't fulfill orders, I would suggest you take your money somewhere else where they don't mess around and then lie that you canceled your order!

I will certainly keep an eye out if the refund is made promptly and have never dealt with such an "outfit" before.

Always order vapes from here and always come within a day or two

I bought circa £400 worth of vapes from this company. Delivered different models of vapes than purchased. Asked to return the product got told I had to pay via Royal Mail and the level of insurance and this would be refunded also. Got the refund for the vapes, been arguing for over a month to get the considerable refund for the postage for their mistake back as agreed. Given different excuses and lies as to why they can’t do it so this is my last resort I would not trust this company or purchase from them, spend your money at more trustworthy reputable vape sellers.

Excellent company I had a lost returned parcel with royal mail and thanks to mcr they chased it found it and I had a replacement sent to me from mcr and they kept in touch with me the whole time 5 stars guaranteed.

Used multiple times previously had issues with other suppliers and to this day this company has been brilliant. Always fast delivery and get in contact if there is stock issues! Thanks

Great service, items ordered on Sunday, arrived Wednesday, well packaged. Just need a dedicated phone line that someone will answer, called the mobile number, WhatsApp messaged and emailed. got no reply on any of the platforms.
