Sue was amazing as she heard I urgently needed the loan for the same day and she went out of her way with her busy schedule to helping me make it happen. When we met and discussed the last requirements she was super professional and explained the whole process in thorough detail. You have a gem there and even though we only spoke on the phone and messaged for a few hours, when we met it felt like we had been friends for along time. That goes to show her character and impeccable conduct when dealing with customers on face to face basis.
