Roadkill Sausage is a rip-off

My product, "Roadkill Sausage" arrived quickly. That is the only good thing I can say. I was going to give it to a friend as a Christmas gift. The product is so small (about the size of a small dog turd) that I'd be embarrassed to give it as a gift. For the price, Roadkill Sausage is a rip-off!

£50 wasted

I ordered many different things on their website and none of them arrived even using two different UK adresses and neither of the two itmes i purchased arrived. Terrible people. Only good scam artists.

Absolutly horrible cust svc for a lousy productThe first couple of time I ordered the…

The first couple of time I ordered the Fireplace candles they were fine. Then I had two that left about 20% of the wax. The last has about 60%of the wax and no wicks left. I contacted customer service and they told me I was burning them the wrong way - my problem. The last few were burned the same as the first which had no issue.
So I can just toss my last candles in the trash! These people now have a scrappy product and mock you by telling you how to burn they're lousy candel! STAY AWAY!!!

Useless overpriced junk

My 8 year old son (an advertisers dream) watched the video for the tie-not and had to have it. In order to buy the item which was approximately £8 he had to spend £16, he added 2 packs of magic straw type things, extortionately priced at £4 for a 4 pack and then paid more admin fees making his total purchase around £20. We live in the UK so after waiting maybe 3 weeks his items arrived. Imagine his disappointment when we discovered that US hose fittings are different from UK fittings, rendering purchase completely useless. The company should be aware and not supply UK customers with incompatible items.

Got the products I wanted

The products I ordered arrived 8 days later from the United States. There were no shipping fees but at £32 for five items these are luxury products. They do some decent novelty products aswell.

I’ve ordered Wild West shooting kit for…

I’ve ordered Wild West shooting kit for my son, it arrived after Christmas which is fine but the gun doesn’t work. I’ve contacted the company to initiate refund, the lady Tracey replied requesting me to send them the video proof that the toy is defective. I thought it’s very strange there is no company ever required me to send any video proof, anyway I’ve made the video showing that I inserted the batteries but needed to put the phone down to use the screwdriver, so as a result of that customer service agent Tracey wasn’t satisfied with the video so now she is demanding another video. I’m reporting these scammers to BBB to make their customers feel like they are on trial.
Take your business elsewhere, if you are willing to spend money on a toy there are better companies out there that treat their customers with respect.

Bought the 50$ mystery box

Bought the 50$ mystery box but half the stuff is so low quality a badly printed wigly slug supposedly is worth almost 20$ but is terribly printed and doesn’t move correctly. And the other stuff just isn’t interesting and looks like old.

Wow! You can get stuff done in a not stuffy office. Mind blown!!!

Well that was just about the most fun ever! I’m a content creator in addition to being a government employee who works in the most boring physical space ever. Seeing Vat19 gave me hope that there are cool, fun, colorful offices that get stuff done and make cash at the same time. It turns out you do t have to have plain walls and gray file cabinets to make a difference. Loved the studio space in all its artsy and messy glory. And I adored meeti g everyone and being in videos. I loved hearing about the process the company uses and can apply it to my own dream world too. Thanks for being willing to share. Now where is that stupid upside down penny?

Terrible company

Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We are so sorry that your refund is still processing due to the dispute that you opened with your bank. While you may have asked the bank to drop the dispute, once opened, that process can be lengthy, even with your request. Per our credit card processor the full lifecycle of a dispute, from initiation to the final decision from the issuer, can take as long as 2-3 months to complete. There are no actions a business can take to reliably accelerate this timeline. Our customer service team has been in contact with you several times a week throughout this process and is monitoring this transaction daily. As soon as the case is closed and we are able to do so, we will be happy to issue a refund. The case is not yet closed, but again, we are checking for this closure daily. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Disappointing customer service

I order two things to be shipped to me son for his birthday who is on the other side of the country. For some reason the billing address was copied into the shipping address (I can tell I entered it in as a different address because his name was on the shipping address instead of mine) and my attempts to contact the company before it was sent were unanswered, even when I tried calling several times I was put on hold for 3 minutes before a less-than-funny voice character told me my time was up and the call disconnected. Now I have his package and he won't be able to get it for many weeks after this birthday.

Wow! Thanks!

I was blown away by the kindness and authenticity of the Vat19 staff. They took time for their busy day for the kids (and parents) that showed up for the tour. I appreciate that this happens several times a week for them and can get routine. However, they made it such a great experience for all of us. A big thank you to everyone there! Maybe the best day of our vacation.
