I love the tour SO much I had so much fun you guys rock

I ordered two things from Vat19 in November 2021 to avoid Christmas rush and I had to update my address because there an issue. Things went downhill from there. I paid over £30 for 2 items. My package finally made it to the UK and there were 2 failed deliveries from Yodel. On the Vat19 website it says that my package was delivered Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021 but this was one of the failed deliveries and I still don't have my package. Yodel decided to SEND MY PACKAGE BACK TO THE USA! They told me to reach out to Vat19 about it so I did. At first I thought the issue was finally going to be resolved because I was told that they would open a new ticket with their carrier and they would email me once they have an update. That was on the 23rd of December... I still haven't had an email and I've reached out multiple times to see what is going on and I have had no reply. I can't believe this at all.

I have been issued a refund and Tracey was very kind and understanding but this is so frustrating as I was told to contact the sender by the carrier and to contact the carrier by the sender multiple times and the issue is still not really solved since it's not delivered but at least I got my money back. This whole situation really put me off of ordering but if you get a carrier that isn't YODEL then i'm sure you can get issues resolved.

Avoid this company. I ordered two separate mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, based on their repackaging dates. The boxes were the exact SAME, no mystery here, and the boys were incredibly disappointed, especially the second one to open his box.

Company apologized for their mistake and said I could ship back at my expense less a 15% restocking for store credit. Truly deplorable to advertise overpriced cheap junk food and toys to kids and not stand behind your mistake. Avoid this company!

Every item is overpriced!! If things were cheaper I'd buy lots items off here ,, but sadly I'm not stupid if even I make decent money to give money to someone who clearly over charging it's really sad.

Booked a tour for my kids as part of our cross-country road trip this summer. They are HUGE fans of Vat19 and were so excited to tour the warehouse and possibly meet some of the crew! The lobby had fun toys to play with while you wait and props from past videos that my kids recognized right away! The tour took us past the staff offices, through the set/filming area and into the warehouse where we could shop for our fav Vat19 merch and products. During the tour the kids met several of their favorite team members, got autographs, photos and a chance to chat and joke a bit with everyone. They let the kids sign the walls and even showed them a sneak peek of video not yet released! We had a great afternoon and I was really impressed and grateful at how much time and attention the crew gave us- and how happy they seemed to be doing it! My kids will remember this for a long time. Thanks Vat19 crew! 🙌🏻🥳🌈

It was great to see everyone interact as if the whole work crew were friends/ family! In today’s work places it’s often hard to achieve. The whole tour made us feel like a part of the vat19 crew!) Awesome feels and 💯 amazing experience! We are having a blast with the merch!

My daughter had a GREAT time at Vat19. She met and had a selfie with owner Jamie. It was one of her best experiences so far. She absolutely loved it.

Awesome tour! My kids and I have been watching Vat19 videos for a while now and it was a great experience to actually see where everything is done and to meet some of the cast members. It was like meeting celebrities!

It was really hard to check out everything in such a short time and it was even harder to keep up with the prices while rushing. Loved everything and ended up spending almost $400 dollars. People were great and friendly. Just really wished we could buy the shirt up front so we could get everyones signatures.

It’s awesome that you open up your warehouse for people to visit. Everyone was so kind and nice. My kids really enjoyed it!!

Ok so Vat19 is cool and I watch ALL of their videos. But it is seriously overpriced. All I want is a mystery box but I can’t buy one and my parents won’t buy one for me. And I can’t find anything else cool anywhere else. So maybe make ur things more affordable for kids?

Unbelievable experience. The family stopped at Vat19 as part of our visit to St. Louis, MO and Vat19 alone, would be a reason to visit again. We arrived and were treated so nicely and made to feel comfortable right away.
We started the tour and was amazed on how we were treated as VIPs. This wasn’t anything special, they do this for everyone. The most amazing part was the way the Vat19 staff stopped everything to make us the center of attention.
We were able to see set productions, meet staff, take photos and get autographs. Midway thru the tour, we were able to shop in their warehouse and purchase anything they had…amazing amount of products. If we had a question about anything, staff were there to assist us.
The tour ended with a special viewing of an upcoming video (sneak peek as to say) and everything and everyone was so accommodating.
Ease to make a visit, tremendous hospitality, entertaining experience, and sad to have the tour be over. Great place, wonderful staff, outstanding tour. One will not be disappointed.

Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

This was the best tour ever. Our granddaughters loved seeing the sets and meeting their YouTube friends in person. Everyone was beyond nice, signing autographs and letting us take pictures. Special surprises here and there made it even better. Anything we paid to buy things in the warehouse was worth it for such a perfect visit. Thank you, Jamie!

The tour was awesome! The kids (11 & 13) loved it! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. If you’re a fan (& even if you’re not) plan a trip! We loved shopping the warehouse and visiting the studio the most. So excited to see the Abraham Lincoln penny mural, too.
