My son just Loved the Vat19 tour. Everyone on staff were so friendly. It was fun to see the sets where all the videos are shot.

What an amazing and fun St. Louis company. And their tours are so much fun. My Daughter enjoyed it so much and it was awesome to be able to go in person and do some shopping. everyone there is so nice and the people who do the tours have so much personality. Can’t wait to do it again!

My daughter was so excited to take a tour and at the end of it, I think I had a much fun a she did! We got to meet so many of the cast and crew members, even though Sloane was the sole person my daughter wanted to meet. Shopping in the warehouse was incredible - I imagine that's what Santa's Toyshop looks like! If you're thinking about taking the tour, do it. You'll have a blast just like your kids will!

What a great experience for your little fans!! I took my 8 year old and his friend this morning to visit Vat19, and they LOVED every minute of it! The staff and stars couldn’t have been any kinder or more accommodating to the kids! We highly recommend adding this to your list of places to visit in St. Louis!

I love that the tour is free and personal. It was so nice to be walked through the whole building, meet some employees, and see where everything takes place. The tour is well-planned. The “spin the wheel” at the end for prizes for the kids is a really nice touch!

We had such a blast on our highly anticipated vat19 tour. The kids have been fans of the youtube videos, and had been begging to go buy some curiously awesome items that they had been wanting for a while. They really enjoyed meeting the cast members, and everyone couldn't have been any nicer.

The tour we took was a lot of fun. You get to meet some of the regulars you see in the their videos plus get behind the scenes looks of how they do all of what they do. Everyone was super nice and it was a blast shopping in the warehouse. My daughter wants to go back for her birthday!

I am beyond pleased with this company! I have tried for 2 months to get the Slushy cup from another huge online company and after 2 months of waiting i was refunded my money but still out of the cup! I ordered from Vat 19 on a Friday evening and received my cup the next Saturday! So thankful i came across this site!

I bought the $50 vat19 mystery box. It was a big mistake. I bought this for my 9yr old nephew. Everything inside was things from a dollar store. I wasted my money big time! I liked their videos but I will not anymore, they are scammers.

The items in the box are trash when i bought the $99.99 mystery box it had plastic crap and candy and useless stuff and which was not worth it. The prices are too expensive for what they are. These things should be bought at Amazon instead.

It is only fair that I do a revised review on my prior review. I got a immediate response from vat19 and my problem was solved. I only wish that customer service would of been available when called , it would of made this process so much easier. Sometimes it's nice to speak to someone when you need assistance, instead of waiting for a email response. This was a gift card purchase that I wanted
immediately for a gift.

Omg vat19 to is amazing i love all the snack,toys,games,and even the bugs they r a challenge i bought some items and they were fun and delicious,i am going to by many more items soon including the mystery box
