Purchased two items, very pleased with both! Great quality and feel - will purchase from them again!

This is my second purchase from Vaugu. Shipping can take a while, depending on where it's shipped from, but I like this second dress even more than the first. It's lightweight and will pack easily and is very flattering. I orderd a small (5'4", 125) and the fit is perfect.

The order took much longer to arrive than expected and there was little contact in between. I received notification that the order was being prepared and then maybe 3 weeks later (or more) that it had shipped. I would have appreciated more communication. It's difficult to believe that it takes over 3 weeks to prepare an order of 3 items, place these in an envelope and mail them. Having more communication would help me trust the brand more. Once the order was delivered I heard more from Vaugu. It would also help to understand where the items ship from, simply for my awareness. Tracking numbers didn't really display any real time information.
The tops I ordered were what I expected, although the buttons on the shirt are falling off and will need restitching. The dress is tight in the chest, but I honestly don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it for another size because that will probably take another month and there weren't any clear instructions regarding exchanges that arrived with the items. That's another suggestion - consider having some form of written instructions just in case the items don't fit right. Otherwise, the clothing designs and style are what I wanted and delivered to the tee. I used the tops immediately. I'd order again from Vaugu EXCEPT I really don't want to wait a month to 6 weeks to receive an item. Thank you.

Shipping is expensive for the length of time it took to receive merchandise. The merchandise was alright. The material was not what I expected. I am able to use it. Taking them with me on a cruise, but the material is cheap. I wish the quality was better.

the whole sizing is wrong I will be returning this item for a full refund.

I ordered three dresses that arrived in good condition. It did take about 3 weeks to receive them so be prepared for a bit of a wait. The quality is ok and in light of the prices to be expected. The sizing runs a bit small across the bust area so be sure to order up if the item is fitted.

Very nice people. My dress didn't fit, but they are willing to refund the money less the shipping and you get to keep the product. I will not be able to wear this, but I will be able to gift it to someone who can. Keep in mind sizes run small. I ordered one size bigger and should have order two sizes bigger. Still very nice company and easy to work with. I received the refund in 2 days.

Dress is nice, like the length. Was disappointed the ad says the material is Jersey and it is very much polyester but it’s cute anyway.

I absolutely hate what I ordered. It's looks and feels cheap and I will literally never wear it. Their website says "easy returns".... yeah, they have offered me $12 to keep it - I paid $55 and will not even give me any option to return this crap and get a refund. Unreal.

So shipping is confusing. They prepared me for 15-20 days. It did take the full 20 days. But 10 days before it arrived I was sent the tracking notice that the USPS link always said it had not arrived at the facility yet. Which caused me undo stress about the shipment. Then on the 20th day it showed up at my door. So something about providing a tracking number needs updated for sure.

The clothing.....all the reviews for the dress I bought were amazing so I bought it. Nothing told me that the top was a different material than the skirt. I doubt I will be wearing it. The sweater I bought, which also had great reviews....I bought the large and it is more like a XL. And where the color showed more like an emerald green it is more like KERMIT green. Seriously. Won't be wearing that either. So after spending close to $100 on these 2 items I don't even think I can give them away.

I love the dresses! They look just like the pictures and the quality is great for the price. Took a little longer than I hoped to be delivered…but I will order from them again.

I love this dress! I'm a 36D and 5'7" and the Medium was perfect. Loved the material as it was easy for travel and didn't wrinkle. Although there are no instructions on how to wash the dress.

Dresses arrived in two weeks. Shipping info was never updated, so I was beginning to worry I’d been scammed. But then they arrived. Dresses are beautiful and as pictured.

I’ve never loved or kept all the clothes I’ve ordered online but I did with Vaugu! I love the prints, color, cuts and fabric. The light weight, wrinkle free fabric is perfect for our hot summers. They all look amazing on. Well done Vaugu. I will order again!!

The material is cheap and is not what is in the description (also there are no tags so you don’t know what the material is or how to care for it), the cut is random and does not sit the way the picture looks, these are not made and shipped out of the US and the customer service is crap (they need to approve a return and then try to negotiate with you on how much they will give you back and then want you to pay for shipping back to the UAE.

Not worth the price or the hassle even if you get 1 or 2 decent items.
