Our Vax spot cleaner started leaking but the customer services team were very thorough over the phone/video call. They immediately arranged for the machine to be collected and inspected/repaired free of charge.
It’s very refreshing to know that an alter sales team are so professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wrong item delivered late then equally poor communication after contacting customer service . Was told I would get uplift on agreed date which did not happen and my original order was not reordered. Following another phone call collection re organised which did eventually happen and original order again did come but day late . I had to take time off work x2 times and arrange for someone to be in for wrong delivery dates which was very frustrating and very time consuming

Ease of order and everything arrived in good condition as scheduled. Carpets had 6 years of grime to contend with but came up looking almost as good as new with a single wash. Our house looks lighter and brighter. As it's easy to use we can now keep on top of cleaning the carpets by using the washer regularly. Certainly less faff than hiring a cleaner which had been our first option.

great delivery service and great carpet cleaner

Absolutely amazing hoover, suction is great, being able to lift out the dust compartment to make it lighter for doing the stairs is great, the cord is really really long and I can hoover the whole house from one socket. The only thing I can find fault with is that there is 2 spaces to hold the attachments, but not all the attachments fit onto the holders, the 2 I would like to keep attached on these holders don't fit on so I have to go and get them when I want to use them. But so far the anti hair wrap seems to do as it says, used it several times now and no hair in the brush roll yet.

I love my new VAX carpet cleaner. It arrived the next day, and has cleaned the carpets just as well as the professional cleaning company who came 6 months ago.

The vacuum i ordered was supposed to be delivered between 2-3pm according to my message. Got home at 1 pm to find my soaking wet hoover stood on my doorstep in the rain. The hoover is useless, the attachment already has a piece missing off it and all it does is push the bits around on the hard floor and is extremely hard to push on the carpet. It also doesn't fit under the kitchen cupboards or reach the skirting boards when hoovering, so you have to run over the same area at least 3 times in different directions. Not great at all unfortunately

Amazing machine

Vax on your VAX LiftOut Multi Pet Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner why are you not showing the power cable when the vacuum cleaner is being used on the stairs and in the car even on your web site the power cable is not on every picture? Surely this is misleading!

I am very pleased with my new hoover. The tools etc that come with it are very good and will get plenty of use. The suction is also very good and the light makes certain you don't miss anything. The only down side for me, it is a bit on the heavy side.

I would find it difficult to find a negative with this vacuum cleaner. It's the first one I've had that actually picks up bits other than dust.
If you are looking for a new vacuum I would definitely recommend buying a Vax.

The carpet cleaner is easy to assemble

I’ve had a vax carpet cleaner for a couple of years but kept lending it out to my son so I decided to let him keep that one & buy another exactly the same model, with 2 dogs it’s a must have so pleased with how the carpets are cleaned & dried would highly recommend in fact my 2 sisters have just bought one each delivery was exceptional

Delivery was fine. Not impressed with the performance of the shampooer and it is so very heavy!
