Vax What’s App contact excellent
Used a link from Vax to initiate a What’s App chat. Initially directed to a Bot with a menu to clarify reason for contact. Then held in a queue for an agent. Within a few minutes Lee messaged to help. There was a missing item from a product purchased direct from Vax. This was quickly resolved with Lee ordering a replacement item foc for delivery in 3-5 days. Very quick efficient service and great process.

The new Vax Maxclean did a wonderful job sprucing up my five year old carpet what a transformation to the original colour. The machine is well designed and easy to use and the user guide is very clear to follow .

Poor quality stick hoover
I have purchased the vax home pro cordless cleaner in July 2026 when it was on offer. This review is purely on the product as I have several other products like carpet cleaners and hoovers as well as positive experiences with customer services. This purchase was to replace a Dyson stick hoover DC58 which was quite old. The Vax is the poorest stick hoover I have had the suction is no better and probably inferior to a 10 year old stick hoover and the battery time is no better. To be honest I wish I hadn’t thrown away the box as I should have returned it.

So far really pleased with my cordless…
I am really pleased with my cordless hoover so far; it works great. I had difficulty with the delivery, but that was more with DPD than VAX. VAX's customer service was actually helpful and good.

Battery failure just 50 days out of warranty..
Very disappointed to have my One PWR battery fail just 50 days out of the warranty period and be pointed towards a replacement at £63 as the resolution. As I own both a Glide and a Blade it’s even more disappointing that my brand loyalty appears to count for nothing.

Efficient vacuum cleaner and excellent delivery
Corded vacuum is heavier than a rechargeable but is so much more efficient, less emptying or breaks for recharging. Ordering online and next day delivery were excellent.
