Very well packaged and good quality product. Not the quickest delivery as it came from China but not too bad - couple of weeks. No complaints.

I absolutely love everything about my lamb. It just adds a luxurious touch to my living room.

Overpriced for what it is ,took about 4 weeks to arrive and it’s not like I cant return it to china .

Good:
Arrived after 2 weeks as promised.
Lamp looks like advertised. Assembly instructions were clear enough.

Downsides:
Box was damaged and internal styrofoam completely shattered which made a mess and the assembly instructions were torn. One small plastic part of the lamp was damaged.

Edit and lifted to 4 stars: support was super fast to reply and will be sending a spare part.

Buyer beware the lamps are not ESA approved. I didn't receive a ground and the metal plate is clearly aluminum and too small for a standard picture. They aren't safe for installation. The feathers were also much smaller making the diameter of the lamp smaller than advertised. Cathy W refused to give me a full refund saying it was preferences not defect. I went back and forth over multiple requests. She asked me to lie on the return shipping to China, reducing the value of the package. LOL. I was out $500. Initially they offered a 20% refund then the upped it to 40% refund. But the 40% only worked out to $148. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE the return policy is a total scam.

Although the lamp arrived in a damaged box vax lamp were very quick to respond and send replacement bulbs and apologise for the issue. The lamp is fantastic and great quality I absolutely love it and have recommended the company to all my friends

I could not make it work with dimmer. Had to change all the lamps, but I still had problems. I got in contact with Vaxlamp and they were very helpful in trying to solve the problem. We finally agreed on a full refund. Good service!

The remote attached to the devise did not work. There were no instructions attached to the deliveries. This is a Chinese based company masquerading as a uk shop

When picking up the package, additional customs costs had to be paid. The lamp looks even cheaper than expected and was quite difficult to hang. The light shines brightly and annoyingly that you cannot automatically choose the warm light but always have to click through the cold light first.

I am very happy with the response of VAXLamp where they will refund the extra customs costs and provide an extra system so that the lamp only gives the warm light.
For this reason, I am reviewing my appreciation and can conclude that I am satisfied with my purchase.

We ordered four lights from Vaxlamp. All four pendants are absolutely beautiful and high quality. They are a beautiful addition to the rooms and illuminate the rooms in a beautiful way. We have received many compliments for the lamps already.

The delivery to Germany was relatively quick and Vaxlamp provided tracking links for each delivery. The packages were very securely packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we had some troubles with customs and fees (that were charged for the delivery to Germany) but the VAXLAMP customer support was extraordinarily friendly and supportive throughout the entire procces. One of the best customer services I have experienced in recent time and they were really helpful and quick to resolve the matter. I would definitely purchase from their website again. Thank you for the good support!

Glamorous lamp, it makes me smile every time I see it!. Easy to assemble. Very responsive customer service, and they refunded customs fees with no issues. Delivery took just under three weeks which was a bit longer than I was expecting, more clarity here would have been helpful. It was an expensive lamp, but much cheaper than others I have seen in same style, and will be a signature piece for years. Gets lots of great comments. I was nervous about ordering an expensive item from a company I hadn't used before, but needn't have worried, everything went smoothly and communication was good.

I love my new Wabi Sabi style lamp! There was an issue with my order but customer service was terrific and fixed it right away. Very happy with my purchase.

Very prompt customer service right from the start when I had queries about the products before we bought. They were very easily able to arrange extended drop wires and cables for the pendant lights and everything was delivered as expected.
I had a few queries at the time the lights were being fitted and again the response was very quick and helpful.

Poor quality, poorly packaged and exceptionally poor quality light that still needs to be hand assembled by the customer. Not acceptable for a light that cost £400. The website poses as something it is not - be warned this is a knock off quality manufacturer selling at premium prices. Avoid at all costs, as they know it is uneconomic to return to them!!!

Issue with a bit of damage to one of our lamps was resolved quickly and they sent a replacement without any problem. I think the lights look great. Would recommend.
