I love these lights! Clean, Modern, Sleek. Easy to install. Really enjoy the different colors and brightness levels! Bright light when you need it. Mood light later. The remotes take it to a new level! thinking about buying another one for my other bathroom.

Quality of the product is poor. The return policy is really bad. While it is clearly written on the website the customer is responsible for the return post this company has no contract with the delivery company to return a product so the customer is basically left to organise a freight company to return a bulky item being left with a ridiculous cost for return freight. The company also requires you to lie on the return form as to the cost of the product being returned so they dont pay tax on it coming back into their country. Will never buy from here again and highly recommend anybody who wants to purchase good quality items with an easy return policy look else where.

Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. Products are great too, have bought 6 lights from them and all have been great.

I ordered a ostrich feather floor lamp on the 6/1/25 and it was delivered on the 13th January really quick service.The lamp is beautiful really well made.The only issue I have is the colour I ordered cameo brown and the feathers are more a dusky pink, but I would still recommend this company if you're looking for something a little different

Item very poor quality, overpriced and not as described. Customer service rude and unhelpful. No chance of returning the item as it is shipped from China.

I am very happy with the lights I purchased, they look great. The assembly is a lot of work but I don't mind it.
I also reached out to the cusfomer service for help and they got back to me fast with all the help I needed.
However, the delivery took 3 weeks!!

The construction of the lamp is not stable. The warm light is not warm. The remote does not work. The plastic has damages.

I never received my order and was notified by UPs the package was damaged during shipping and being returned to the sender. When I reached out to vaxlamp about my refund, I was asked to contact UPS for a claim number. I completed the request and informed vaxlamp that UPS sent needed documentation to the sender and waiting for return of the completed forms. I received a case number which I then provided to vaxlamp. I was then informed that I would not receive my refund until UPS confirmed the damage. I had nothing to do with inadequate packaging leading to damage. I have yet to receive my refund. I placed my order on Oct 29. I have no light and no refund. Horrible customer service!

product is smaller, uglier and generally less desirable than indicated by site. Returns are sufficiently expensive and complex to make them unviable.

Lamp is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. It's half the price of ones I've seen in showrooms. It did take ages to arrive, even getting delayed in Hong Kong during their bank holidays season but the customer service inter-action and prompt responses throughout when I was chasing for updates was exceptional.
