Very bad quality, dont buy here!
The candelier I ordered came with scratches and very low quality. It wasnt even assembled and I payed more than 200€ for it.
I got a refund in the end but it took quite a lot of emails forward and backwards.
Its just a scam, dont buy there!

The refund was delayed for 2 days due to a payment system problem, which we also reported to you. Anyway, we are really sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience you had.

THE BAD - The Packaging - it comes in 2 boxes which I did not expect (mine did not come together) I thought I was missing parts, the styrofoam packaging is cheap and breaks apart such that the static beads are everwhere. Mine came without assembly instructions.
THE GOOD - Easy to assemble (somewhat intuitive). DO NOT LOSE THE SMALL WHITE PLASTIC MALE TO MALE connector between the FEMALE connector in the light and the FEMALE connector that comes up the pipe.
THE BEST - The customer service was very reponsive and surprising given China made product and shipping. I will buy other items from them!

Complete nightmare
Product is coming from China which make returns/exchanges impossible because the return shipping is astronomical. That is not clearly written anywhere during the checkout/return process.
The product I received was not up to my standards and was completely cheap and flimsy looking. It was not well made at all.
Do me a favor and shop somewhere else!

Sorry that we cannot meet your expectation. Our contact page clearly states that we are from China.
We are happy to provide a full refund if the responsibility is on our side with return shipping cost on our side. You have raised different reasons for a full refund, for example, the size is too small, the material is not what you like (although the material is clearly stated on the product page). We have agreed that you can of course return them for a full refund if you simply don't like them. We also offer a very decent partial refund while you can keep them. But you don't want these solutions. We are sorry that this is not a happy shopping experience for you.

Poor Design of An Attractive Light Fixture
We wanted a light fixture that had a MCM vibe, as well as one that had a swing-arm that we could use to adjust the lamp over our kitchen table, while not interfering with our skylights. Unfortunately, the arm of the lamp is not sturdy/strong enough to support the lamp. We will be returning it.

Beautiful Lights, Good Experience
I ordered two lights for our bathroom remodel. Before placing the order, when my contractor had questions, I reached out to Cathy in customer support and she went above and beyond to answer the questions. I then ordered the lights and unfortunately, they were damaged in the shipping process. Cathy was a pleasure to work with and handled the damage issue in a prompt and very satisfactory manner. I would definitely work with Vaxlamp again!

Inaccurate color description
The colors shown on the website are not a true match to the color of the product. And when you are trying to match decor, this is a critical component. I notified vaxlamp and they were very considerate and helpful. Just so you know, the yellow is a pale yellow, what looks like geen is actually light blue and the orange was more of a pink. Very cool light, just wrong colors...hopefully they will update the website with a better color match to the actual. I would definitely buy it if it suited my decor. The white version and white and (green? ) versions would be pretty neat. Can't give 5 stars, but it is a cool lamp.
