I received my pendant light on February…
I received my pendant light on February 14, after waiting for it as stated on their website. I was not pleased with the pendant; however, the product was fine, it just wasn't what I expected. I will see how much trouble it will be to return and get a refund.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIARS!
I would give this a "ZERO START" if there was an option!! I received a pathetic customer service from this company!
I had proof and evidence that I didn't open the box at all (I sent them multiple photos). I wanted to return the item within the stated time period. However, the owners of this company, which is by the way a Chinese owned company based out in China. VAXLAMP made it immensely difficult for me to return the item. They kept on asking me questions as to why I want to return it. When they eventually agreed after a few days they asked me to lie to the Chinese customs, and declare that the item as cheap as possible so they do not pay the extra customs charge on return. Which would mean if the item got lost, I wouldn't get the full money back that I originally paid for, and would only get a fraction of what I paid - which was a few hundred pounds for the lamp shade.
This company made me go through stress and made me run around unnecessarily. They delayed my refund although it arrived to them from Manchester, England to China within days.
I have proof for all this, and can substantiate my claims.
I would NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this company ever again!!! PERIOD!!! They are a bunch of crooks hiding behind the Internet.
Beware and don't get stung!!!

We have provided a full refund on your order, which was processed a few days after the returned package arrived. We don't think there is anything wrong with this. So, we disagree with your claims.
And, we don't know why you provided such a bad review.
Also, it is very strange that you asked for a full refund even without opening the box and checking the quality. It doesn't seem to us that you wanted to make a real purchase with our online store.
We are from China and this is clearly stated on our contact page. We never deny this.
If it is not a quality issue, we will of course ask you to return it before providing the refund. This is our policy and most stores' policies. For quality issues, we will of couse provide full refund.
So, all in all, we don't see there is anything wrong with our dealing with your case.
