Quick response and solving my concerns

This product only fully works with a remote and if you intend to have more than one of them in the same room beware you will need to use remote to dim one light then grab the next remote and dim next and so on.

Terrible design, product data on seller site says “switch/remote” that slash”/“ actually means both not one or the other.

We are remodeling our house. Our style is grey and white and angles. Our lamp from VAXLAMP is perfect for us, and quite unique. (Though I wish it cost less.)
We had an electrician hang it for us, since we had him doing work for us, anyway. As handy as we are, I wouldn't call it a DYI project. We also liked the ability to customize the way it hung to our own specs.

It throws a great light if we want it bright. Very bright! Or we can dim it or change the color. So, it will match any mood we want.

Finally, I believe it arrived earlier then expected, so our entire experience with VAXLAMP was quite good.

Amazing customer service. Even though I had a slight problem with the colour of the item I purchased, they fixed this without any problems.

Having initially not received my order due to a shipping problem, I have now received my order and am very happy with the lamp , good customer service

Watch out, products come directly out of China, returning is almost impossible! Quality is poor!

It is not clear that your order will come from China. So, returning the package is not duable as costs of returning the package is in most cases higher compared with the value of the product. Product also looks as a cheap copy. I will never order here again m expensive lesson for next time to analyst where the company is based. If not clear do not place an order.

Ordered and paid for a lamp , have not received it, will try and get my money back

Whilst the light arrived in good time and is functioning, it does look very cheap and not worth the money. Glass lamp shades were not as expected in colour and they have imperfections in the glass such as bubbles, holes and sooty streaks.

I have had an absolutely delightful experience shopping with VAXLAMP, and in particular Cathy W. Her help and advice, and understanding has been perfect! Exceptional customer service that honestly I’ve never experienced as good before!
Even when my lamp arrived in France, it was quickly sorted, and is a good talking point now for my Ostrich feather lamp, how far she’s flown lol!

Timely delivery, great customer service and stunning lamp

OK, it toke some extra time to receive our order due to UPS (the worst shipper ever) but the lamp we received is top. Als the communication with Cathy from VAXLAMP was very nice. She tried her best to help us to locate our ouder.

Lamp is a bad copy of the original vertigo lamp. Transport with UPS was a bad experience. In total i waited a month for the lamp to be delivered. I also paid twice the import taxes, because first payment I did was not recognized by the system. I mailed and called several times, in the end it was still not updated accordingly in the system when i went to pick up the lamp at the ups access point. I could only get my packedge if i paid. Also the site did not mention any import taxes when i placed the order.
