Great Deals, Slow Domestic Shipping

I've been a loyal Veepee customer for quite some time now, and I've always been impressed by the fantastic deals and the wide range of products they offer. The platform is user-friendly, and the sales are exciting.

However, one recurring issue I've encountered is the delivery times within France. While the products themselves are often top-notch, the wait for them to arrive can be frustrating. It would be fantastic if Veepee could explore ways to expedite the domestic shipping process. Perhaps partnering with faster delivery services or optimizing their logistics could help alleviate this issue

Buyer Beware: Veepee’s Poor Return Service Violates Consumer Rights

I am deeply frustrated with Veepee’s return process. I reported my return back in August, yet after months of broken promises, missed pickups, and constant follow-ups, they only managed to collect the item on 16 October. Now, weeks later, I’m still waiting on my refund, with no clear communication or timeline from Veepee.

This experience has shown me that Veepee is quick to take your money but fails when it comes to honoring their return promises. Their approach falls embarrassingly short of European consumer protection guidelines, which guarantee timely refunds and proper customer support.

For anyone considering a purchase, beware: once Veepee has your payment, getting assistance or a refund could be an exhausting, never-ending process. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

My order and my money are lost

I made an order with what they call market place (not veepee responsibility).
The products were stolen or lost during the delivery and I am chasing between veepee the parcel delivery agency and the vendor. The responses are very longue while we all know the issue and how it can be resolved. Veepee don't take responsibility stalling with unreasonable excuses and explanations. The vendor is worse. The delivery agency took copies of my identity card with a form I had to fill and sign and then there is no reaction. I don't recommend anymore veepee and especially sales for which they claim not be responsible (why do you put it on your site then??)

Worthwhile checking if you're not in a rush !

Pre-requisites: if you want to have a good to great experience, there are two things to remember.
1 - You tend to cling on European brands ;
2 - You don't mind waiting for the products you purchased

Do you fit the description ?
Then you'll enjoy the large catalogue of brands displayed in VEEPEE
Provided you don't wait too long to check the products of the brand(s) you like, there is a high chance you will get a good deal on some items.

Once you have ordered, the delivery may take some time yet you are fully informed about the expedition date and the expected time of delivery.

The packing you will get will be sober. No fuss, and no user experience to be enjoyed there. But the products are new and somehow it is good in this fast-paced society to get to wait for the things you like.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, Orders are not created after successful payment, my bank cut my money and orders not been took and i called VEEPEE they sent me email ask me to provide related evidence and i sent everything to them, there is no response at alll. Will never buy from them any more!!!! terrible

I have never had such an awful…

I have never had such an awful experience with any company as I have with Veepee. They are absolutely disgusting and incredibly annoying. I bought tickets for a Celine Dion concert that got canceled due to COVID and her getting sick, and despite my numerous attempts, I cannot get my money back.

Their customer service is atrocious. They initially lied, claiming they couldn’t reimburse me due to GDPR regulations. When I asked them to specify which regulations prevented the refund, they couldn’t provide a coherent answer. Instead, they continued to send me a useless link that supposedly resolved the issue. The link didn’t work, claiming it wasn’t compatible with my account, despite it being the same account with the same email address.

This company is full of thieves and aholes. They have given me nothing but trouble, and their incompetence and dishonesty are beyond belief. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Veepee. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

Impossible to return a product

After contacting the repair service communicated by Veepee, their assessment declared my product as non-repairable. They also provided a reference number to trigger a reimbursement at Veepee.
Nevertheless, "Aid & contact" section at Veepee shows no means whatsoever to have direct contact. The website and the chatbot direct you to a FAQ page with no means to launch your demand, no description of the process to follow and no channel to contact the company.
This makes Veepee a non-trustworthy company since you should ease purchase as well as means of returning your products, instead of hiding behind a poor website. One could argue that with such lack of information, Veepee pretends to lengthen the reclaim so that it falls out of warranty.
This is absolutely unacceptable.

VeePee has changed from a good…

VeePee has changed from a good commercial platform to the worst one.
I am using this website and app for 6 years now. I used to be their Premium user before they cancelled the program. Now every time I order different products I pay 4,95€ for shipment, which in most of they cases arrive as different shipments in different time. So if you want to return an order within the given 14 days, you should do it one by one for each product, because the other one may be delivered in a month. Let's say this is ok, they have different arrangements, warehouses etc.
But every time I return the same order but different brands in one package they are charging 2,95€ as a return cost for each returned brand. I have contacted them several times for this issue. But they are not going to solve it. Neither they are answering to my emails. So Imagine you are returning 5 items and they are charging you 14.75€.
Their support was working much better till last year. I guess they made some cost savings there which is impacting the overall image and trust to Veepee.

Purchasing at Veepee is like a Russian…

Purchasing at Veepee is like a Russian roulette: it can go perfectly good or not. I had mixed feelings: this is why I gave them 3 stars on 5. Prices have augmented and the shipping costs are ridiculously higher than the average. Sometimes, I noticed that if a brand is running a promotion, it might be more convenient to buy from the brand directly rather than Veepee, due to the shipping costs!
I suggest them to create a program that for the good customers it is possible to return the items for free as well as paying half the price of shipping!
