Waited for customer service 5 times only to get no help and be told that they are all busy and the chat is now closed. I spent over an hour and a half trying. I had a deposit bonus only available on that day. I deposited and the bonus came up on deposit but it was not credited after deposit! POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

As far as my experience goes, they have never done anything that could harm me (losing is normal - it happens) but the verification was smooth and successful. And I waited for the payment for 2 days at the most, but it must have been a weekend - best regards

Perfect scam casino showing all the symptoms.
1. Delay withdrawal by 2 months. such that you eventually cancel it and zero it.
2. verification takes 2 months if you are especially doing a huge withdrawal. say you deposited 100 and withdrw 120 they will approve. but if you did a 100 and withdraw 2000, now they start employing the scam strategies. 1. Delay withdrawal. 2. Verification takes 2 months, and if they feel they wanna see you cry, they can take 6 months. and finally they will say you did something wrong, or you had a left over bonus. Deposited raw money without a bonus, they cancelled my cashout, removed my winnings and claimed that i had played with bonus money.

On of the best online Casinos out there. I have only positive experiences with Vegadream. They are so accommodating for example I used my welcome bonus with 100€ and got 100€ bonus and I bought free spins with the money, what is against their bonus terms. But instead of just rip of the whole money like I experienced in many other online casinos they just informed me about my mistake and refund me the whole 100€ without a bonus. Besides this I have not ones got any negativ experience. Fast withdraw no issues with playing.

I have deposited €200 with VegaDream and for the first time I took the 'welcome Bonus' they offered me.
My Balance was then at €400. Then I deposited another 200€ and for that amount there was no Bonus. So I started playing with 600€ in my Balance and was able to bring it up to €1000 in 6 ca. days.
I then asked for a 400€ Withdraw.
I now just received an email telling me that I have infringed upon their rules and by doing so had forfeit my Bonus.
Also, my Balance has been set to 100€!!!!
AND MY Withdraw Request has been completely nullified: a blatant THEFT of my NET DEPOSITS, therefore also of that amount I hadn't received / asked for a 'Bonus whatsoever!
My Balance should have been set to 750€ though (1000€ - Welcome Bonus minus Welcome Bonus - Bronze Club Member Bonus).
Instead, they' just STOLEN my money under the pretense of 'Terms of Service Violation', which, if any, should have been applied to the corresponding BONUS AMOUNT ONLY AND NOT TO MY WHOLE NET DEPOSITS!!!

I submitted my documents about a week before I tried to withdraw. After about 1.5 weeks no answer still pending and the support just doesn't answer and kicks you out of queue after 30 minutes. The contactemails also doesn't get answered. Total and utter scam that doesn't even try to hide it by at least providing support. Just stay away from it.

Made a deposit on 18-01-22. Luckily only 20 EU. The money is from my bank account, but according to my vegadream account payment is canceled. So my money is gone, not back on my bank account and not on my vegadream account. Try to contact vegadream through live chat, but it seems impossible, no agents available all the time. Filled in contact forms twice, no response either. I know it's just 20EU right, but why Tha hell I should give them such a present?? Scam casino.

I made a withdrawal request on the 3rd January 2022. Today is the 7th January and my withdrawal is still in progress. I have sent multiple emails and had about 10 chats and every time they tell me that they have sent a note to the customer service department and they will work on it. Now today, I’m told they have raised a ticket to resolve the issue. It’s five days!!! How can it be easy to make deposit but it’s suddenly a hassle to withdraw your winning? On the website, they say they pay withdrawal within 3hrs, on the chat, they say up to 48hrs… I am currently about to hit 100 hrs and still nothing.
I’m thinking of logging a report to the MGA and EADR if the situation remains the same by Monday.
It’s just sad! They have great games, beautiful layout and such crappy withdrawal process.
I’ll definitely not recommend to play here if you want to see your winnings!

This is the worst site with withdrawals! You win, make your withdrawal and then nothing happen for days and sometimes weeks! I think they want you to cancel your withdrawal and then lose the money again at the wheel. I have played in other sites and usually, you get your winnings within a few hours but for Vegadreams, it's days and weeks if it comes at all... avoid this site!

My initial review was negative based on lack of support and a misscalculation from vegadream resulting in a declined withdrawal.

However they did investigate the situation and solved it without any further issue.

So now my review will be based off that.

I allways liked their design it's really nice for the eyes with their darker theme, they have alot of games many payment options.

I'm now waiting for my withdrawal.

I will be a returning gambler.

I base the score 4 out of 5 due to their support times isnt around the clock.
