My issue is with the Marketing and Advertising of USA Vein Screening. They advertise "FREE Vein Screening*" but it is not, it is a FREE 15 min consultation.

I feel like I’ve gotten part of my life back
I feel like I’ve gotten part of my life back. Looking at my legs prior to my ablasions, I wanted to cover them up. Now I want to show them to everyone.
Great NP, but I don’t get to meet the physician doing the procedure.
The NP was wonderful and very professional. My initial impression with the receptionist in front was not good, she is unprofessional and abrupt. She did not have her facts straight, she called me to schedule and asked for a $1,500 fee upfront. I was told otherwise my the person that verified my benefits as well as my insurance company.
I also do not appreciate that I don’t get to meet the physician doing the initial procedure. He could have at least stopped in to introduce himself on either of my to encounters in the clinic.
Best facility ever!
Best facility ever!
Great location, clean environment!
Welcoming, well trained, & friendly staff!
I was treated above & beyond my expectations.
There was no wait time for my appointment which is almost unheard of.
I'm very pleased with my results & I'm feeling great.
Looking forward to my 3 month check-up!
Feeling blessed to be a patient at Vein Clinics...!
Thankful as well!

From start to finish, excellent treatment and service. Totally satisfied and happy with results. Dr and staff wonderful!

Every person at Vein Clinic in Shallotte NC was exceptionally great!
I think everyone there enjoyed their job and acted happy carrying out their tasks.
I was especially impressed with the young ladies at how professional and knowledgeable they were in interacting with the doctors. I was at my last session and she saw something she questioned and immediately took it to the doctor. He agreed and 2 more sessions were made. I am so grateful to everyone there!!! This was my second year of treatments to eliminate my severe leg pain and again they were 100% successful
Procedures were all relatively painless…
Procedures were all relatively painless and done in a professional manner. One alarming development occurred after the first vein ablation in that the site started bleeding a few hours after and bled profusely for a long time. This, I found out later, was probably due to my daily 10mg dose of Xarelto (prescribed long-term due to a DVT suffered 2 years ago). There needs to be a written protocol for patients who are on blood thinners and I never saw one. There should be coordination between one's own physician and the Vein Clinic staff as to when to stop and then re-start blood thinner medication. My bleed-out was scary and the amount of blood lost was substantial. Other than that, I am satisfied with the procedures and I have already noticed an improvement in reducing the pain in my leg.

The personnel at clinic were so kind and helpful. Every procedure was completely and thoroughly explained. The costs were also explained so there were no surprises.
The clinic's Covid protocols were outstanding and made me feel completely at ease.
And the best - my legs are now pain free!!
I was running a few minutes late due to…
I was running a few minutes late due to all the traffic after tornado and I called the office to tell them, they immediately tell me that there is someone after me so basically I lose some of my treatment time. I was actually just in time and ended up waiting in the room 10 minutes before being seen.
Why is it ok to wait on the staff but when I’m expecting to be late (once) and call, they don’t tell me thank you for calling and see what happens with appointments instead of me rushing to get to a pre paid treatment that costs $$ and takes 20 minutes. I waited 10 minutes in room once I got there and got my 20 minutes treatment. The staff is usually very nice, so I surprised that my heads up call at a red light wasn’t welcomed. I was only expect to be 5 minutes late when I called.

Surprised the Alexandria location was still open with all the construction going on. Seemed hazardous at times trying to navigate to the office. Would not visit this location again due to parking fees.
Staff was great. My procedure was minimal but not seeing a noticeable difference and believe this may have been a waste of time and money.
VCOA experience 06/2021
Everyone on the staff from the doctor to the front desk was friendly and as open about the process. The doctor informed me with what was going on during my procedure and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Thanks to everyone at the Southlake clinic that made this an easy experience

I was disappointed that I never met the dr. I would never do a procedure without meeting the person doing it.
Also, the waiting room furniture and carpet were heavily stained in several areas. It gave me a feeling the whole place could be less that sanitary.
Worthwhile consultation
Professional, caring people who listened, explained and came up with a treatment plan.
The Vein Clinics Flower Mound has been…
The Vein Clinics Flower Mound has been a great experience for me thus far! I would definitely recommend the staff there, as well as the treatments, for anyone requiring vein surgeries. Dr. Hagman is especially awesome! He tells jokes during surgeries to make his patients feel at ease, and most important, & shocking as well, is that he shares his cell number with his patients in case they have a need to reach him with an urgent "issue". I am a senior patient and he is the first doctor that I have ever seen that does that, which, in my opinion, shows total commitment & compassion for his patients.
