Tax fee
When the package arrived to my place, the mail man charged me a fee $1,275 (pesos). When I bought the shoes, you never told me that i have to pay that tax.

The item arrived damaged. Customer service offered a 10% discount and advised that the defect was purely aesthetic, noting that the item remained wearable. However, given that the visual appearance is a key aspect of Veja’s appeal, I find this unacceptable. Therefore, I will be returning the product.
