your shipping services were subpar
your shipping services were subpar. I entered my address as my college mailbox and the shipment failed twice and arrived about 5 days later than expected. the shipping service does not know how to distinguish a college address from a house address.

I’ve purchased 3 pairs of trainers from Veja now. I’m really happy. Although, I do feel that they come up one size too small. So I would recommend ordering 1 size up from your normal size.

Unfortunately, neither size 9 or 10 fit my foot. I like the style Campo very much, but the shoe is too wide for my foot. I needed to return them for refund to my credit card, but the "how do I process a return?" on your website does not activate a process. You advertise free returns, but I spent $44 at the UPS store on Monday, 9/8/25 to ship both pair of shoes back to your NJ address. Elizabeth G

As we mentioned in our previous email exchange, VEJA offers free returns for all orders over $100 (except returns to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii). If you had contacted our customer service before paying the UPS fees, we would have been happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary return documents so that you would not have had to cover the cost yourself.
For future orders, please note that we provide a size guide with the insole measurements (both in cm and in inches) to help you choose the most accurate size from the start. These guides are available on every product page for each model.
