Romano at Velox was super helpful. He took lots of time to explain all the terms and the pros and cons of each option. I felt so confident in my decision after talking to him, and the process to set everything up was so easy.

The customer service representative that I spoke with, Nancy was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in the information she provided. When she did not have an answer she did not guess, she placed me on hold after asking, and came back with the answer that I needed. Her customer service was beyond reproach and definitely appreciated
