Reply from Veltec Kirby Specialist
Dear Crenguta Delia Medrea,
I think you make a mistake. We sell two different brands "Kirby" and "Montiss". You have bought a Montiss Handy Vacuum cleaner with antibacterial UV-light. this is a MONTISS brand.
We are sorry fore the misunderstanding and hope you change your Review.
Greetings,
VELTEC
A very lucky discovery surfing on the Net
Compared to other sites offering the same products by Kirby, Veltec is far more convenient. Also the delivery has been quick, given that I live in Italy.
