Nothing happens
After 13 days where it says the record is packed nothing happens. I write and ask why it hasn't been sent and get the answer that the LP is Unfortunately no longer available ! They have the LP as available and having no problem taking my money.
I wonder if anything would have happened if I hadn't written.

Onze excuses dat we niet eerder hebben gereageerd op je mail. Na jouw feedback hebben we dit nagekeken en ontdekten we dat je mails in onze spamfolder zijn beland.
Bij het plaatsen van de bestelling hebben we aangegeven dat de geschatte levertijd ongeveer 60 werkdagen bedraagt, mede omdat de cd's geïmporteerd worden.
Mocht je de levertijd te lang vinden, dan is het uiteraard mogelijk om de bestelling te annuleren. Laat het ons gerust weten!

Great, easy to use website. Delivery was quicker than originally planned which is always a plus! Was quoted 5-7 working days due to one of the vinyls being out of stock, within a couple of days I received an email stating my package had been shipped.
Quality of the packaging was perfect, the two vinyls I ordered arrived in pristine condition. I always worry about ordering vinyls online but with Velvet Music there were no concerns.
Definitely would recommend and will be buying more here soon!

Hi Colin, you send your first email to us on Friday, and then several more on Saturday and Sunday night. We try to always answer within 24 hours, but Saturdays especially are busy. I keep making the mistake of ordering…
I keep making the mistake of ordering from velvet then finding out they don't actually have the product in stock then I have to approach them a month later for a refund.
It's not that I want to give them a bad rep but buying from a store is okay, buying online, beware.

Thank you for your feedback. On our website, we indicate an estimated delivery time of 4 working days. The CD you ordered is in stock at our supplier and has already been shipped. However, due to the Leids Ontzet festival, the shipping agent has encountered some delays in reaching our store, which has resulted in a 3-4 day delay.
We expect to receive the CD either today or tomorrow. Would you still like to receive it, or would you prefer a swift refund instead?

Bought a second hand dvd that was too dirty and scratched to sell
I shop at Velvet music for decades. Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft. First time in Velvet Amsterdam, bought a second hand dvd that is so full of greasy fingerprints and scratches that ultimately the disc wont play. Not worth to return to the store so I'll take my small loss and ask myself how shop personnel can sell products that are not properly checked or cleaned before putting them up for sale. Bad for the normally good image that Velvet has. Hope they'll improve and catch up with the standards. Regards from Den Haag

Does anyone know where can I address a claim, a reclamation?
I wrote 3 e-mails for a CV I ordered in March who never arrived in Bucharest. I don't want the product anymore, just the refund, the money back and I'll buy it personally from another shop. And no one answers to my e-mails, I need to speak with someone in charge of the orders, either by phone or an active email address.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
