Spoke to a woman in a high management position at the Doncaster branch.

I had a job at the time, spoke to her asking if she could help me find something else so I could leave the job I was in at that time. This woman then phoned my employer and told them I was looking for a new job! This woman that I spoke to in confidence phoned my company to tell them, I lost my job due to this!!! Absolutely disgusting! I was told by the HR department where i worked that she had phoned and told them all about our conversation! What an absolutely shit thing to do!!!

Appalling why??

I replied to a ad
No one has ever got back in touch with me.
So I even sent a email to them and still nothing.
Why do these people advertise and get away with it.

Now would I work for you my answer is NO
Your unreliable
And will not apply again if am desperate and on my knees

Fair play they reduced their % as wanted to attract us as a client for the first candidate; however the very small print charges the most ridiculous % for someone who is not even with you for a whole month. 60% !!!
We got stung because of this and will now not be using Venatu recruitment again and won't be recommending to fellow hoteliers either.

I applied for a job, heard back the day after. Jess went over everything and put my application through. I recieved an interview within 4 days (weekend included) and recieved a job offer the day after. I've used agencies in the past and been frustrated by the process, always reasons why applications aren't processed, always seem too busy to fully deal with your application but venatu were fantastic. Full of good advice and info for the interview, thorough even though things happened at pace, personable, helpful. Just a really good experience. Thank you.

During my 5 years they have grown massively yet the culture created remains.
A very diverse, fast paced, fast forward thinking business.

Its extremely important to keep up the pace, hit targets and for your hard work there is a fantastic bonus structure!!

All the staff genuinely are like a family and welcoming to all, its lovely to feel valued, respected and listened to but more importantly be supported and guided by the directors and management team which are all just brilliant.

There is a fun vibe and each day despite the down days that everyone feels in recruitment there is always people to cheer you up!

The company give back in abundance for your hard work and efforts, they really do.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful in trying to negotiate a hybrid role for me. The position he put me forward for was a great fit. It wasn't to be on this occasion but would happily deal with them again in the future.

I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. My employment with venatu has just ended and they have been poor to say the least. Their agents are boldly ignorant and they owe me a lot of money since my company increased my wage. £800 plus is overdue in back payment and I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Do you like screwing people over or are you as a company just useless?

Worked for them on vaccination site. Absolute shambles. Pay was always processed incorrectly. The gentleman I dealt with called Hoe-nza ( don't know how to spell his name) was very rude and was more keen to assert his dominance/authority than sort employee issues. Maybe they have since improved and perhaps it was that one bad individual I came across but personally I would not recommend anyone to work for these guys.

I turned down another job because they said they had 4 weeks work for me it turned out to be 5 days work. They then deducted me £44 out my wages to pay the payroll company to pay me for my 5 days work, absolutely disgusting. I will never use this agency again. What a bunch of cowboys. The worst agency i have ever come across.

Venatu was extremely helpful, they helped me get on my feet and gave me the push I needed to get recruited, Beth was swift and efficient being able to provide me information for a job, and was overall a pleasure to talk with, I will definitely recommend friends if they are in need of a job! 5★

Yes what to see about Venatu,poor communication, I left my 3 year job for a 3 days work in a warehouse, only that they give me,I told them that I'm looking for work Monday to Friday ,they said" yes sure",and once I complete my registration with them I get only 3 days of work, when I ask more then once another job,my bills can't wait,I don't understand why they put jobs and when you register with them they forget about you,I mean people put hope to find jobs but eventually you are only a number ,just to do their number, only lies. So avoid them ,not serios,not supportive, zero communication, really bad experience for me.

Only recently started working with Venatu, both Warehouse and driving divisions. From the Outset the teams couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic support throughout the recruitment process.

My experience of working for Venatu was terrible, unflexible, unorganised and bullying environment, the pressure put on staff is unreal and it is such a backstabbing environment. The worst is the pay, I left halfway through a month (for my sanity and my child wellbeing) and they did not pay me properly for those 2 weeks - they have admitted the error and will pay me the following month, as a single parent this is not great for my family, or anyone's with mortgages to pay. HR is now ignoring my e-mails. I love they use the term "Venatu Family" correct if it's in the context of forget your own family and make money for theirs.

Nicky Mchale is a excellent employee for venatu she as supported me and helped me for the past two years in getting into work and supported and helped me to get to work when and if needed to,I am greatful for all the support Nicky as given me I would recommend to anyone who need help and support in needing a job to got to nicky mchale at venatu thank you so much Nicky mchale

I had a really great experience with Venatu! The woman that i worked with (Magdalena) was really friendly, supportive and so helpful. She celebrated with me when i got my job and informed me on everything that i needed and made sure i was kept in the loop about the whole application/interview process. She also helped me with my previous employer regarding my contract etc. Great company and if i had to find another job, i would be happy to do it through them.

The worst agency I have ever been in contact with. Was supposed to start end of January for a COVID site. Got everything sorted to start the following day. Then since then was kept waiting and having to ring once a week for seven weeks to just to be told the same thing as there is issues with the vaccine. Then finally get a call for a total different job and then still get mugged of and still found excuses. Don’t remember people that use an agency often have used agency in their past roles and know how they work, so think you need to get your facts right first...... Be very careful guys

Started work for them at one off there covid 19 vaccine centres was told via telephone by track and trace to self isolate considering the nature off the job was highly likely and should off been taken into consideration. Venatu decided it was a sackable offence iv now been waiting for 6 weeks for a p45 and my holiday pay stay away stay far away

DO NOT GET EMPLOYED BY THEM. THEY MESS YOU AROUND AND CHANGE DATES AT LAST MINUTE

Venatu got me a start at a local company within less than 24 hours of doing an easy online registration with them.
Although it was not what I’m looking for long term, I fully thank them for getting me back into employment again .
