Onboarding links were provided quickly, and individual attention followed. If I read and went through ALL of the links with the platform's layout and functions FIRST, I would have been further ahead. So maybe 1st email should have said "You MUST read through xyz sections to advance". Zoom sessions were helpful and support was responsive, despite me being 16hrs different in time zones to Vendasta's offices.

I've been using Vendasta as my CRM and lead generation platform now for about 6 months and it has been an awesome experience. Their platform truly gives you a turnkey solution and takes away the burden of doing multiple follow-ups because they already provide you with tools to help you do it in an automated way. The best part is their training and support. If you are ever stuck, you always have someone to help you along. This has truly been the best investment I have made in the 14 years I have been in business.

The platform is excellent, the team is diligent and very supportive. I am grateful for their expertise professionalism and patience. The Community and Conquer Local are exceptional places to learn and discover tried and tested techniques. Amazing platform and great Team members! The platform lives up to everything it claims to be. As an agency, we use it as a way to scale our business especially on the fulfillment side so we can concentrate more on client acquisition and the creative projects we like to do. And the support team is amazing quick with answers and even quicker to point out if they don't know something but will reach out to someone on their team that does know!

Vendasta is a very good platform. Is it perfect? No. I don't consider any software perfect. But where Vendasta shines is that they are always listening and always upgrading, nonstop. It's not uncommon for a small agency like ours to raise a flag about something and then Vendasta fixes it reasonably quick.

When you consider all that the system can do for your agency business including managing your customer accounts, providing in-house software solutions that you can completely white-label, and access to vetted third-party solutions that are available to you to resell, it's really amazing at what can be accomplished.

We were a web design agency looking to grow and Vendasta has been a big part of us doing that.

Don't expect the world, but expect a partner that will work with you, answer your support requests, and continue to make upgrades and improvements.

It’s not a scam. They’re a huge marketing conglomerate with tons of tools at your disposal. I’ve been a partner since April 2020, and it’s been fine. PS- First rule of reputation management, never trust a review in all CAPS.

Stay away!!! ITS A SCAM THEY ARE A THIEVES. IVE REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AT LEAST 7 TIMES AND AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY STILL CHARGED ME THESE THIEVES!!!!

The platform lives up to everything it claims to be. As an agency, we use it as an additional source of revenue. I didn't have to hire or pay for any development resources. Literally, "out-of-the-box" and we were all set to go. And also a tremendous team of support and business strategy folks. There a ton of great features and resources.
