Very quick and easy experience! A little trouble finding the side door but once we did it was a great experience. It was pretty crowded but with patience you can really take it in. The view was breath-taking and I would absolutely recommend taking the trip up to the top!

Very helpful site offering travel tickets and tours for less than you would pay elsewhere. So much choice! You need more than one visit to this beautiful city to appreciate it all.

In order to enter my birthday, which you do NOT even need, I had to swipe your calender for each month from 2001 to 1947. Take the years times 12. That is 648 times!!!!! Have your IT guy fix the date etry, also why do you want my passport #? Rediculous time waster and too much data on me.

Great service, everything was amazing! We easily skipped the line to St Marc Basilica and St Marc's Campanile, explanations in the voucher were extremely detailed and clear.

We enjoyed our 2 + hours with our tour guide and the group involved. Deanna, our guide was very calm and professional and easy to understand. She was very informative without being boring - and in a deeply historic area, this is difficult to achieve. She kept a lookout for all of her group and was very aware of her surroundings without sounding like a robot or scripted.
The only negative part of this tour was the meeting/gathering place protocol. As you can imagine, St Marks' square is very crowded in the morning (and there are hundreds of tourists trying to find THEIR own tour group). Once we found the right person, we clustered around them with no line or any order. People were shoving forward and it felt like we fought for our lanyards and earplugs. This part should have been a bit more organized. Luckily, this was the only part that was negative. Deanna took over right away, getting us in a nice line and oriented to the tour.
Going forward, I would use this tour group again. But my advice to you is: bring your own comfortable earphones and get to each location 30-45 minutes earlier than suggested on their voucher.

Website is very user friendly, very easy even for non-techie people to book transportation tickets and skip the line museum tickets all on one site in just a few minutes! I will definately recommend this site to other travelers to Venice. Within 10 minutes, I could see all available tours, pick the date and time of the tour and complete the booking, and download vouchers.

It was ok but lack of pay pal option

We used this website to purchase skip the line entry St. Mark's Basilica. Website very easy to use and understand. We were so glad we found this website to assist in making arrangements for our recent Venice stay. Would recommend this website to others planning to visit Venice.

Easy to use, gave appropriate information

We have all the information necessary for the preparation of travel including by the telephone. Do not hesitate to do the same there. Competent and kind staff.

Online reservation for San Marco visit went very well.

Have requested for 2 days shared airport transport for 32 euro per person.
No response at all

Please do not charge for these tickets. I tried booking twice and the website never completed the transaction. Just said " please wait while your booking is proceeding" but never finished so I exited the website.

No problems using site, quick and easy to use

Booking tours seems to be easy enough, though there was a pop-up that kept appearing asking if I wanted to save the information to come back later. That did prove useful, as I have two young children that like to interrupt whenever I pick up an electronic device or sit at the computer! I had no issues booking a tour, and there is a lot of information included on the site which is very useful. I'm thinking of also booking a transfer from the airport through this company, though I have to research which endpoint I need to get to before I an do so. I'm looking forward to seeing how the tour goes and then will be able to leave a more comprehensive review. Looking forward to visiting Venice!
