I love these guys! Always so helpful and friendly. Best part is they don't treat me like a girl like most parts stores do. When asked what kind of tires I had and I replied with round ones. They laughed and knew I was joking. Surely I don't know everything there is to know but they are very keen on explaining things and transferring their knowledge to their customers. All in all, prices are competitive and they offer a good assortment of parts. If not in stock they will ensure you get what you need in a timely manner.

Absolutely amazing service - ordered coilovers and droplinks and they both came the next day, despite being separate orders. Richard Baron made sure these orders went together and was excellent to deal with. I will 100% be ordering from these guys again. Thanks guys!

I'm intrested over all pleased at the moment hopefully nothing changes my satisfaction.There have been quite a lot of mixed reviews and opinions with this company. They say the bike is due to arrive ON 3 - 5 - 2019. People say that their bikes come damaged " the shipping Box says it all all" arriving damaged with broken parts/lights/ missing stuff being broken/ parts being broken/ screws not being there etc. And tons of other issues ,that I have yet to experience for myself ... WE WILL FIND OUT. But the customer service and response times are much more than adequate. The prices for these items are very acceptable same with the financing. If you can't afford 95 bucks a month or afford to buy it out right then you've got Issues and need to really work on your financial stability. With this being said I hope they don't spike the charges that they promised / Quoted. I already made some payments and I plan and making a lot more probably like a $400 down payment just to keep myself in the clear. Now with all this being said I hope the bike arrives not damaged and ready to put together. I hope no bolts are missing and I hope the delivery service is willing to deliver in my small residential neighborhood. I am eagerly awaiting. I will try to update my review after the 500 mile mark... People make this bike out to be a temporary bikes that's not meant to last long Time will tell.

Hello Sergio here, I just wanted to let everyone know how good the people of venom Motorsports has been to me kind honest and caring are just some of the qualities they have shown me the last two months they are always there to help and answer every email in one business day or less I've been haveing problems registering my bike and the guys and gals at Venom have been there every step of the way awesome people thank you Venom Motorsports you have a customer for life.

I just got my X22-R yesterday and wow does it look even better in person. Everything went great start to finish and it came within 2 weeks. Nothing damaged evrything worked great and looked great. All the videos online where super helpful during startup. I even thought I had a tech issue thses guys where all over it and ready to replace anything or help till we figured it out. Turned out to be nothing in the end but made me feel great how much they cared. I have spoken to them on the phone multiple times from purchase to when the bike was at my house. Picked up every time ready to help. GREAT customer service. Enough where I wrote this long 5 star rating!!:)

I ordered a 2018 Vader x20 ,Moose ( Kyle) and the Staff at Venom assisted me through the process of buying, answered questions, both via phone as well as multiple emails from me, and always promptly and with courtesy .
They went out of their way to get me what I wanted ., I can't say enough about how helpful they were. And not just "before the sale", but after the sale, I had zero issues contacting them and getting questions answered ,I got Shipping notification when they said I would ,etc. No calling and" pulling teeth " to get answers, or having to call 10x to ever get someone .This outfit is legit and a great place to deal with ,I bought a $1200 bike and was treated like i was buying a 100k item, quite refreshing in this day and age .

Overall i had a good experience with venom Motorsports Canada good quality bikes and ATV good price for your money great customer service.

Bought some coilovers, service was excellent. 7 weeks later hit a small pot hole in town while in traffic, snapped the shock shaft!!! No other damage caused, just that. Coilovers came with two year warranty, spoke to Venom, was told the kit wasn't covered for impact damage!!!! Its the only thing suspension does!

This is a website that I found in a search engine and have now placed a few orders with them. Both times the service has been excellent and delivery speed has been brilliant. They are very knowledgeable and polite and are always happy to answer questions. Sure there are cheaper sites out there and there is always eBay ,however, because of the reasons stated above I would always use this company
