Really professional care and attention, not pushy but patiently took the time to show us around. Darren and Dave were brilliant and so helpful - making the experience a really good one. The van we bought has also been brilliant.

I bought my caravan from the Venture Hitchin branch. I’ve been really impressed by the whole process from my initial enquiry subsequent purchase and then the after sales support. When I required a small warranty repair, there was no quibble, I simply brought the van back and it got repaired. The team here have been fantastic. Thank you.

Venture Caravans were recommended to us by friends who bought both used and more recently a new Bailey from them. We bought our last touring caravan from a northern retailer and had non-existent customer service so were looking for a better experience.

From the first contact Darren was absolutely great. We don't live locally to either of Venture Caravans sites so had to ask all our questions by phone and email. Darren was incredibly patient with no question being too trivial for him and he gave us all the detailed information we needed including very helpful videos to help us make our decision. It was clear to us from the start that they were the best retailers for us and we weren't disappointed.

We quickly agreed on the new Bailey we wanted to buy and set a delivery date as the caravan was to be sited and we don't tow. On the day Darren and Dave arrived and once again gave us all the help we needed and more to make sure the gorgeous new Bailey was perfectly sited. I know they went above and beyond for us which we remain very grateful for.

I can't recommend Venture Caravans highly enough. If you want the highest quality service and excellent caravans from lovely people then they are the company to go to.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. Product knowledge from Adam in Aftersales was exemplary. I had a couple of faults which required bringing my new-to-me caravan back to Venture, but these were quickly rectified. The staff were extremely apologetic and compensated my inconvenience.

We were holidaying near Daventry, almost three hours from home, when we made the decision to drop in on the team at VC to view a motorhome we'd seen advertised. Darren could not have been more helpful. An experienced professional, he guided, advised and assisted our selection. The transaction - with part-exchange of our caravan - went very smoothly. Delivery - several weeks later - was a successful pleasure. In fact, the entire team impressed us. Pricing is fair and we felt that our custom had been valued. We would certainly recommend this business.

We experienced a few snagging issues with our purchase of a campervan, however these were efficiently and promptly resolved, with excellent sales communication and good workshop servive.

The people at Venture can not do enough for you. They literally go above and beyond and the after care service is excellent. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

So glad I stumbled on Venture, Hitchin last year, when I took the plunge & bought my first VW camper - their Redline conversion, which I love. The support & service offered by Steph, Harry & Matt has been superb - they swiftly ironed out teething problems at the start & have been happy to offer their friendly help & professional support whenever I've needed it ever since! Purchased new Bailey motorhome from Venture in March , It was our first MH so we were very grateful to Mark for making us a video of all aspects of the vehicle it is that still proving useful
Its a steep learning curve, but an enjoyable one
Would highly recommend Venture and shout out to Mark who really looked after us

I have a few teething problems with my new Possl Roadcamp R and I have to say some are in my opinion design faults.
I reported to Venturw and they responded in a few days .
They were sympathetic to my disappointment and sounded willing to consider my suggestions to rectify the issues .
As I am away on a trip I am unable to get my issues immediately fixed but am booked within days of my return.

Great to do business, treated with respect, friendly, helpful, not pushy which was a great selling point.

Darren was very patient with our many questions when we were new to caravaning and the team who run the after sales service are brilliant at getting things fixed.
Mark is often there on a weekend and has a great memory for names!

We booked to go and see a campervan we were interested in. We arrived and mark was there to great us and offered us refreshments straight away. He then took us round the van we had come to see and was very thorough and clear on explaining all about the van and was happy to answer any questions. We found him and other staff very knowledgeable of the kit they are selling and we're very accommodating. The whole process was very smooth and we are now enjoying our new van.

Very good customer service, been looking for a campervan for a long time and after extensive research into a reliable and approved company, we came across Redline! From first communications with the staff to answering every question we had, we was made to feel valued, understood and not pressured into anything. We would definitely recommend Redline to anyone wanting a safe, reliable campervan that is top quality and top craftsmanship.

Sales support was good. There were some additional requestes for information which were answered promptly, which I found helpful. I requested for some modification to the new van for which they had a month to sort prior to hand over. This caused a delay on the agreed hand over date, which I felt could have been handled better. Secondly the some of trim in the new van was becoming detached. This was not the dealers fault as it is down to poor manufacturing methods. However, I would have hoped the dealer would have picked this up in the PDI.

When we arrived to view the motor home it was prepped and ready. We were left to look around its features at our leisure and the sales person was on hand when needed and was very knowledgeable about the MH. Collection was straight forward especially as we had already received the instruction / hand over video.
Any outstanding paperwork has now been forwarded on, as we bought over the Christmas period.
We feel that we received a fair PX on our previous van.
All in all a very pleasant and professional experience.

Brilliant service from Matt, Steph and the team at Venture Caravans Hitchin. This is the second caravan that we have purchased through Venture Caravans Hitchin and they are to be highly commended for their high level of service. Nothing is too much trouble, and their aftersales service is superb. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. You can buy with confidence with these guys. 5 stars doesn't cover it. Well done all and thank you for your attention to detail.
