Purchase of a motorhome was really straightforward.

We had some problems on handover and upon our first weekend out with our purchase.

Once Venture were aware of the problems the team there did an amazing job to rectify the issues after thorough exploration and reporting back to us.

All of our initial issues were addressed to our complete satisfaction. It's the measure of how a business delivers great customer service when things are not to initial expectations.

From the very first time I arrived to look
at the caravans on their pitch they weee inviting and not pushy in any way and when I had any questions or queries could answer me in detail. The caravan was well presented and communication and the whole process or purchase to collection was tailored to suit us so a huge thank you to Mark Cleaver for being a great professional friendly salesman.
If you’re looking for a motorhome too they’ve got some beautifully presented models, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

From spotting the advert for the motorhome to driving it away, our experience with Venture-caravans.com has been excellent. Manager Steph and Harry were knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided their expert knowledge to answer any questions we had. This is our third motorhome purchase and this has been our best experience. We decided to have habitation air con installed while the servicing, hab check and MOT were being done. There was no pressure to buy but we were able to look at a number of suitable caravans. There was staff available to answer any questions we had.
On choosing a caravan we were dealt with by Steph who went through everything with us and also threw in a couple of freebies.
Collection went smoothly with an in depth handover by Harry, complete with video to my email for future reference.
I honestly couldn't have asked for more from initial interest to completion of purchase all staff members were fantastic even the very helpful lady in the accessories shop.

Bought a second hand Transit custom off Steph in Hitchin, The service and attention to detail was brilliant from start to finish,new to this camping scene the whole team answered all my questions and queries before i picked the van up and even after i picked it up. Purchase a bailey unicorn cabrera and more than happy with it. Service was satisfactory got the van relatively quickly. Couldn't have asked for more really they answered all of my questions and gave advice and even put on and set up the towing mirrors as I'd not done towing before.

I dealt with Dave Webb and I think he is a great asset to your company. Every part of the purchase from my first phone call was so professional. I was a little worried has I was travelling 100 miles to view the caravan. But everything went like clock work . I give them 5 stars

They have a servicing and repair unit next to the sales,MOT done ,had a major electric panel go,explained and replaced just before a big family tour.Always answer questions that i feel are a bit silly asking, but are honest with the answers.
They are just down the road 5 mins so always good for the gas ,thanks ,j

This place is scary......I walked in to look and walk out waiting for a campervan. Absolutely 'van'tastic service. Mark and Darren made to whole process simple and easy and they found the product we wanted. Our requirements changed a few times when we left the shop, but this was no problem. Nothing seemed to be hassle for the team, excellent service. Would I recommend them, Absolutely!!!
