Bought a 3TB Hard Drive on 16th Jan 2020 with a 2 year guarantee
Almost to the day, it stopped working
Support could help and said it was defective - but out of warranty.
Support staff would not accept that I had paid £69.99 - stating that mine was a 4TB unit which costs over £100
As it was out of guarantee and broken, I opened the casing - inside I found that it is only a 3TB made by SEAGATE
I would not buy a Verbatim product again - you can get the same thing elsewhere

I recently purchased a tower of CDr's for use on my home laptop and they have been a nightmare. A good 30% of the discs are corrupt and un-usable and ended up in the bin. I contacted the Verbatim customer service team who were less than helpful. Because I did not keep the receipt they would not replace the discs or help. I will never buy a Verbatim product again

Would never recommend this company. Rude customer service with zero communication skills. Inferior products not even worth the materials they're made on. Better to go to a more reputable company who treat their customers with respect.

I have bought so many of your discs and these aint no cheap throwaway discs @ full price ppl say £34.99 uprto £40 per x100 pack.

If you are clever you can buy them@ £20 per x100 pack.
