We had these heaters installed throughout our house in 2015. One has now become faulty and the company no longer exists. If any customers are selling any heaters please let me know.

Heaters have worked great. But company disappeared and now app stopped working. Does anyone know if they can be WiFi connected in another way?

Have 3 radiators and the app, have had it for almost 2 years now and it is all good....however it looks like the company no longer exists, there is no support or anything out there...so the app will work as long as it will but what if there is a problem? nowhere to turn to....shame...? don't fancy shopping for new heating system any time soon again....

What do we do if we need help with one of their products? I must have only bought it just before they went bust! Do we know if anyone took over the company?

What has happened to Verismart? I have one of their ceramic radiators that isn't working and it appears their website and facebook pages have been closed down. There is no communication as to what has happened and I assume they are no longer trading. I guess therefore that it means I have no cover under my guarantee. Poor communication, a simple message to customers would have been nice

We bought 6 ecoWifi heaters. Shipping overseas (to Ireland) was handled really well. Installation was straight-forward (I was told by my electrician) and setup to work over the internet was an absolute doddle for me.

All communication with Verismart has been lovely and friendly. One gets the impression that they all like coming to work and that shows in the conversation and tone.

Top product and top service.

Called to make some enquiries about their products. Phone answered by someone who didn't listen to my enquiry. After explaining he merely said do you want sales or customer services. I said I didn't know. He also didn't know who knew more about their products. He then put me through to sales where I explained once again my need for knowledge in replacing old storage heaters in an apartment I bought. Having explained everything he said he was merely answering the phone and taking messages for a call back. He could have said this at the start. All in all a very poor customer experience.

Fantastic customer service from Verismart. One radiator I wanted wasn't available, and Monya kept me up-to-date regularly. Great shipping and great product. Such a great replacement for old storage heaters.

avoid unless you want unreliable heating. we have had 6 x 500w heaters now all going wrong in under two years of use. 5 were replaced under warranty but the 6th which was a replacement one year ago verismart would only send an element for me to get replaced! the cost of getting electricians out to install, remove and install has made these heaters very expensive. we had storage heaters before for over 20yrs without any faults. don't be fooled by the Running costs of these heaters, they will cost around the same to run as storage heaters but with the advantage of having heat when you want it, if they work that is. Verismart have agreed to refund 2/3 of original price due to 1 yrs use bearing in mind most of that time they were not used due to it being summer.
Another one has failed now too!! 10.03.19

The heaters are absolutely perfect. As we can control the remotely I can turn the heating on on my way home from work late nights and have my apartment at the perfect temperature.

They’re very easy to install, just requiring four screws and hold on the wall so easily. The app is easy to use and easy to set up.

They’re also super warm and don’t use much energy at all!

After having a year of problems with a previous heating company when I had brought their radiators that failed within 1 month of use, finding out they had incorrectly measured my home and given me radiators not up to the job!, I was extremely worried about where to purchase replacements, once again I looked at different companies and found that Verismart Heaters looked perfect for my needs. I phoned the company and spoke to Monya who explained their radiators and what to do next. I measured up the rooms and explained the property was poorly insulated as it is grade 2 listed, Monya emailed me to say she had taken into consideration the layout of my home and recommended I had 2 heaters in the living room and sent me quotes for the Ecoheat and Ecoheat WiFi, I decided to go with Ecoheat I paid for my order which again was so easy and they were delivered the next day,
I now have a lovely warm home and am looking forward to this winter. The only downside is the size of the buttons which can make it fiddley to set up, there are a lot of programs as well as being able to setup your own... brilliant. I have not set mine up properly yet, I am just using the manual day and night settings as need to find time to thoroughly read the manual and pick what is going to be right for me. I would highly recommend this company when you phone they are helpful and friendly, delivery is fast and they are easy to install. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very pleased with my heaters but unfortunately their delivery was faulty in that the packaging caused the bigger one to collapse and the ceramic bricks inside were smashed.
However a replacement was sent immediately l reported this.
It was a pity as the actual product is good.

All our dealings with VeriSmartHeating both prior to ordering and after delivery (mainly with Monya) have been very easy. She has given such a lot of advice which we have found invaluable (electric heating being a new thing for me). Delivery was fast and as quoted.
We are very happy with the heaters, we went for the Eco WIFI units. Have installed them and they are working well. I have not got them working by smartphone or PC yet as our new house has not got internet yet. I am sure this won’t be a problem and if it is Monya will help.

have only just taken delivery and installed our heaters, but the initial sales enquiry was dealt with extremely knowledgeably and professionally... answered all our queries with knowledge and expertise, and the whole sales process went very efficiently. Pleased with the heaters so far!

Delivered when they said it would lovely heater very pleased my bathroom is now lovely and warm.
