Easy online ordering.

VeriSmart were extremely helpful on the ‘phone both before and after we bought the radiators. We were advised as to the wattages that were suitable for our house, and as we bought the Eco WiFi range we were assisted with the app.
The radiators arrived on time and were intact.
No complaints.

An extremely helpful company when making enquiries. The products themselves are very efficient. My only drawback with the EcoHeat is the thermostat which is very small and difficult to operate in the location it is in, it would be more sensible to locate it on top of the heater. As I bought only one heater which is located in an extremely cold kitchen which also has a standard central heating radiator it is certainly more efficient. I cannot believe how quickly the kitchen warms up. The heater should prove its worth when we have a cold snap.
I highly recommend the EcoHeat, even if as I do at the moment switch the button on and off as required.

Work as advertised, very easy to install. Ordered one day delivered the next. Very good service from customer services.
One slight comment would be the text on the display on the heaters is small. As someone who wears glasses this is not easy to read when fitted. Other than that all good.

Excellent telephone service and advice. A very competitive product price. A good product at a sensible price (don't be conned by expensively advertised similar products from big name companies as you will pay triple the price for effectively the same product)

The company is excellent to deal with. There were a few minor teething problems with the heaters, but there was no problem getting those sorted. In fact we are very pleased with the heaters. They were easy to install and there is no messing about with boiler maintenance and pipework. The programming is a bit fiddly until you get used to it. We have installed them on the ground floor of a house we are renovating and will buy more for the upstairs in due course.

The staff at this company were excellent, helpful from the start and all the way to completion of the order. The heaters are great and so far work very well. I have no doubt they will continue to do so. They were delivered on time and I was very impressed with them. I would recommend to anyone wanting electric heaters for any space. Good value too.
