Poor communication about delivery of product. Repeated attempts to inquiry about a purchased product went unanswered.

Problem with one part for the order which was on backorder. After a week with no action on the part, the company upgraded the model in order to ship (at no extra cross to me). You can't beat that for getting things done and keep customers smiling. I can't wait to stand while doing volunteer taxes for seniors.

All arrived as expected. On time. Easy to assemble. Directions were clear. Had the desk ready in about 20 minutes (which included unpacking time).
Very happy with the product. Allows me to have two monitors, keyboard mouse and phone on the riser with the rest of my desktop clear for what I need handy.
Great for making presentations, which I do frequently.
Motor and moving arms are relatively quiet and movement is smooth. Entire desk top device is very well made and strong.

I love my desk now, but it didn't work when I got it. I never want to see "ASR" ever again. The support process was absolutely miserable. There is no weekend support and repeated emails went unanswered for days. They never responded to emails. I had to call over and over on the phone to get help. Every time I got someone on the phone, they had me do the same exact things for about a half hour before they would believe there was actually a problem. I spoke to three people before they finally decided to talk to an engineer. Bottom line is that it took about three weeks to get them to finally send me out everything but the top of the desk. And then I had to take everything apart and put it all back together again. It finally worked, and I am very glad to have that awful experience behind me.

I LOVE my versadesk. Prior to getting it, I was having weekly trips to my chiropractor due to back pain from sitting at the computer all day. Since I got it, it has relieved most of my symptoms. I love that I can adjust it with the push of a button.

My organization purchased 9 of your sneeze guards. My only request considering that I installed them all for our staff. Providing a small wrench inside the assembly kit would have been helpful. Most items that require assembling include a small tool to aid in the install. Other than that they look great.

Ordered from them at the beginning of reopening businesses. Happy with the quality of the product and speed of delivery.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Versa Tables. I was having trouble reaching them, but it turned out to be an issue on my end. They went above and beyond to make it right, even when it wasn't their fault. I appreciate that and will definitely recommend Versa Tables to friends and colleagues.

The desk is great and it fits my needs. Unfortunately the desk was missing a few key brackets & screws to hold the top shelf in place. I had to call 3 or 4 times to get the parts I needed. It is 2 ½ weeks later and I still have yet to received the parts that were missing in the original shipment.

Already had one table and couldn't find any other brands half as good. Purchased it for my Father who has a hard time see the computer screen so I upgraded the desk and the monitor. Ordered the 30x48 and will be using a for a 43 in monitor. I like how this table can be configured in so many different colors, heights and widths.

I'm sad to see all the bad reviews. Between ordering and delivery it did take some time. However, that doesn't bother me knowing these are assembled in the USA. I'd rather wait longer to get an American made product. When I called to see the status, the girl in the office provided excellent customer service. She was so helpful and friendly and called me back to give a status update. Then emailed me to confirm the information.
The product itself is great and was perfect for my boss who is 6'4" and needed something that would work for his height.
All in all a great product and I would definitely recommend.
