Wish I could give them 0 stars. A complete nightmare since ordering replacement slats from them 3 months. Reported that 4 of the slats were too short, and the quality of the stitching on many slats is substandard. After being told several times the order would be remade, I received just 3 replacement slats several week later, 1 of which was still too short ! Now customer services are asking me to re-provide all the photos / videos as they seem to have no record of my issues. Tried calling but no answer from customer services apart from the standard "we are busy" message. This has been going on for about 3 months now. Taking the issue up with my credit card provider and trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs !

I purchased 2 vertical blinds from this company which were really good. I went on to order 2 extra sets of louvres in a different colours which again were fine but one of these was too long (my fault) so a week later reordered them. This time when I received them they were awful. Had been welded not stitched which made the tops and bottoms lumpy, frayed on the edges and roller marks running up some louvres. I contacted the company, sent photos and asked to have them remade the same as the others I have. They tried to tell me the material they were made from had to be welded. This is a lie as the first set were sewn. They then emailed me saying they are happy to give me another set but they would be welded again. I replied saying that this was not good enough as the last set were only fit for the bin and said I want a refund. Im still waiting for a response. So people be aware, if you get glued blinds they look cheap and nasty.

Ordering was easy. Communication excellent was advised when blinds were on their way. Tracking provided so I knew when delivery would arrive

Ordered samples so 100%happy with those..Did the measurements as shown in the video so felt happy that this was right however the lats were just about the right length on one side and too long on the left even though all the lats were the same size. As the cost of replacement lats were only £15 less than the whole blind I decided shorten them all myself.
Didn’t realise the delivery would be the next day but fortunately we were the 2nd drop. A lesson learnt but luckily fixable in this instance.

My blinds look a mess not impressed with the packaging they have a big dint in all of them u can see from space if I could upload a pic I would wont be using again
