The hair colour looked incredible in the ads on social media but when I used it it did nothing. I emailed asking for a refund and have had no reply.

I bought a small drill for close to 40$US. Shipping took a long time and when I received it and tried to use it, I realized it was DEFECTIVE! They offered 6$ to keep it?!?! I wrote them several times that I would gladly return the drill if they provided a prepaid return label which they refused. They advertise "paid for returns" but again that is completely false. In the end, you LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NOTHING!! Stay away from this company.
I ordered the Verticalox face cream months ago. Never received! Bogus emails back and forth. The post office verified the company is a SCAM.
Ti's item did nothing what it shows on advertising I binned it the day I received its waste of money
I can’t really give a review because I purchased this but I just seen a face cream online called Verticalox that was shown to get rid of wrinkles in minutes. I went online to check out reviews and came across this. All I’m seeing is verticalox is timing chains and light fixtures. Maybe it’s a company. But most definitely not a face cream so people beware! Always google something you see online because scammers are everywhere. If it’s seems to good to be true it most definitely is!
I purchased a timing chain clock. The “timing chain” was nothing like the pictures, it was a bike chain and didn’t work. Sent it back, it will be interesting to see what replacement is provided.
Timing chain and gears will not move. The motor driving them does not work. It is defective.
The clock came assembled with the clock hands all bent.
Purchased 2 lead light lamps cost was over AUD100, the quality was so poor I asked to return, was offered USD$15 refund, when I refused it went up to USD$25. a pittance of what it cost. To return I have to pay the cost, From their emails I gather they don't give a fig about their customers. BEWARE this Company.
To be honest they are not even worth 1 star, (could not get rid of the 1 star).
Complete scam done absolutely nothing.. Glad I didn't go for the deal of three bottles not happy at all. How people can be so cruel and convinced you to buy a product that doesn't do what they advertise
Do not buy from Vericalox! This business seems corrupt! They send cheap, wrong products and offer to refund 50% of purchase price. What a swindle!
I purchased a electric glass stained lamp for £36.96. Verticalox sent a small plastic toy battery lamp. When requesting return and refund, Vericalox offered a refund of £12.60 (less then 50%!!) refund. As the return would have been to China and I was required to pay for postage and had no guarantee to receive full refund I settled on £16 return, a 50% loss.
There email CS was responsive, but I still lost £20.
