Service wasn’t great

It’s always great fun but on the latest visit my daughter and her friend were only given 25 minutes even though I paid for half hour. I then asked the lady to set it up so they could play multiplayer and be able to hear each other to which this didn’t happen. I then had to get help wasting a further 3 minutes so they only actually got just over 20 minutes game time. May sound petty but we didn’t get what we had paid for. Not only this but staff were a bit unhelpful and asking for help always seemed like putting them out there way. A little disappointing! I don’t think we will be back.
