Best hire price we could find!

Initial selling response was good but follow up communication was very poor and promised delivery failed to be met and I had to push and chase for r revised delivery and never got one, until I was asked to arrange a delivery date for that week. Due to failure to meet delivery albeit order was placed 3 months prior to requirement, I had to hire a car to cover gap between old lease car going and new one arriving.

The Customer Service is first class, information is clear and precise, Actions that were promised actually happened on time etc.

Shopped around and they gave me the best deal for the vehicle I was after. All done by email and the odd phonecall or two. Had the car a week now and so far all has been plain sailing. From my own experience I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

The overall service was excellent and Louise was really helpful throughout the process. I'm holding 1 star back only because I have no idea what the service levels will be when returning the vehicle in 3 years time but if it's reasonable then I wouldn't hesitate in using Vertu again, together with the full 5 star rating.

By far the cheapest quote from over 5 different companies. The representative I spoke to on the phone and email was very helpful, nice and I think he went above and beyond what I would have expected. Only down side was the overly complicated credit check process which wasn't clear at all and providing proof of id and bank details proved to be an extremely onerous task - had it not been for the Vertu representative I think I would have left the whole process!!

I've now got my second lease car from Vertu Lease cars. Very professional service. I had gone back and forth a bit on deciding which car to go for. But the sales staff was extremely patient. Big thanks to Andrew Tatters who helped me with initially with the lease - really professional, patient and helpful throughout. A real gent. And also to Louise and Tracy for the smooth delivery of the vehicle. Would highly recommend Vertu Lease.
