Excellent communication through the entire order process. They were very helpful comparing options to get the price I wanted. Phone calls every few weeks updating me on the status of the car was nice. Pick up and handover of the vehicle was quick and seamless.

With regard to the Salesman he was most efficient and I would have given him a 5*. However the predelivery staff I would have given zero. I had to contact them every time for an update and waited well overtime for delivery. Seat contacted me about vehicle assist and said the documents for this should have been delivered with the car I then contacted vertulease and was informed that was not correct. Low and behold they arrived from vertualrealease two days later!!!!! Not impressed

very professional and knowledgeable on the vw tiguan vertu ordered for me, any questions was answered immediately tyhey kept me up to date with the progress from build of the car to delivery, I would highly recommend vertu to purchase your car from.

Excellent.Went out of their way to help with paperwork etc especially from initial contact Andrew Tatters, who was amazingly helpful to final contact Louise on delivery of the car. One, little grumble, seeing as there was quite some time between the two ie confirming choice of car and actual pick up,would have been nice to get an email on what was happening and reason for delay, without having to chase it. Otherwise, excellent customer service.

Excellent - quick and efficient, no hidden costs

1. I was told 3 different dates of which I had to chase up!
2. Car came with 1 key as the spare was faulty and 4 weeks later still no word as to where my spare key is.....
3. When the car arrived it had 15 miles of petrol.

All of which has lead to a not so enjoyable experience

The initial contact was great. Unfortunately we were promised the car for July and didn’t get it until September. This meant we had to hire 3 cars which cost us a lot of money. Not very good service and no compensation either. Also had to keep contacting to find out what was going on rather than being contacted and kept up to date.

Very efficient and understood my needs constraints well. Did have the best price in the market at the time. My only constructive feedback would be a more appropriate car become available the week after at a better price and they should’ve let me know given contracts hadn’t been signed. Unlike others they don’t take commission!

I was perfectly happy with the service but returning my other car to you with two little scuffs on the wheels you have decided to charge me £105 with no mention of the fact that the car came back with 5000 thousand Miles under tit for tat shortly

Having dealt with Vertu for a previous purchase and being very happy with their service I was more than pleased to source my recent purchase with them again. From my initial enquiry through to the delivery of my car everyone I have spoken to and had dealings with have been helpful , efficient and friendly. I was kept informed on the procedure and progress of my order on a regular basis . Very pleased with the quality service again.
